My granddaughter has been attending this daycare for a couple of years. When the previous director was there, things ran smoothly — the staff were warm, consistent, and well-trained. Since the new director, Noel, took over, I’ve noticed a decline in organization, communication, and classroom management. She’s often in the office instead of being involved in what’s happening in the rooms. The older kids’ classroom feels disorganized, and at times the teachers don’t speak to the children in the most positive or patient way. We also had a concerning situation when marks were found on my granddaughter’s arm, and no incident report was provided until my daughter brought it to the center’s attention. There is now an active investigation involving the state licensing office, which is very concerning for families. Several of the wonderful, experienced teachers who were there before have since left, and that’s been noticeable in the environment and care. There’s another daycare just a few blocks away that’s far more structured and consistent. I truly hope this center takes these concerns seriously and works with the state to make the necessary improvements to ensure the children’s safety, communication, and quality of care moving forward.

We have been attending this daycare now for 2 years and the kiddos love it! They have helped immensely when we were struggling with my oldest and continue to keep me informed of all things good and bad.

We love this daycare! Because of a change in my work schedule, my daughter stopped attending in January, but we are looking forward to re-enrolling her ASAP! The staff there truly care about the kids. With all of the covid-19 concerns, Cascade Park KinderCare has done an outstanding job of keeping everyone safe and healthy. My daughter (who is almost 4) talks about going to school every day and she can't wait to be back!

I absolutely love the director and assistant director. They have been very understanding, compassionate, sympathetic, friendly, resourceful and so much more for my family and I. We are going to miss them tremendously. I am grateful for the impact that they have made in my kids life over the last 3 years.

My Son does amazing here. He has surprised me everyday after 'school' with all the new things he has learned. My son loves seeing Ms. Jen in the morning I think she is his favorite. Honestly this is hands down the best choice in Vancouver for child development and equity.
