My child has went to this daycare for two years. Amazing teachers who truly care and have a passion for caring for children. I know that I can count on them to lookout for my child and trust that he will always be taken care of.
Our boys love this daycare. The staff is great and the teachers genuinely care. They’ve helped our kids learn so much, from potty training to building an interest in reading, and they consistently reinforce what we’re working on at home.
My kids have gone to a couple of daycares and this one has by far been my absolute favorite. I spend a little bit of time at drop off and pick up just chatting with teachers and the director, so I can get to know who is caring for my babies, and they are all so amazing! Anytime I’ve ever had issues, every staff member has been so quick to remedy the situation and make sure it doesn’t occur again. They listen to what’s going on in my kids lives outside of school and then use that to guide and support my children during their day at daycare. I’m going to be very sad when my kids become school aged. This daycare has truly felt like a family and they have loved my babies as if they were their own. I’d recommend Orchards Kindercare to anyone looking for a home away from home for their kids!
This review is LONG overdue. I haven’t been able to type this without tears in my eyes. The staff here at Orchards Kindercare were truly the best. The most heartbreaking part of loving states was taking our son out of the care of this amazing facility. Moving away from family made us depend on OK to help take care of our son while we worked. Just knowing your child is safe, well taken care of, and is somewhere that they actually love being is amazing. My son has severe asthma and the staff was able to care and treat him as needed. If I could’ve taken the facility and all it’s staff with me I would have. If life ever brings me back to Washington with a little one I’d definitely return here! Love and miss all the staff!
This was the first none in-home daycare I’ve ever used. I had toured several other daycare's. I was really worried about how my son would do as when we transitioned him to this center, he had just started developing some challenging behavioral issues. I am SO THANKFUL we made the choice to have our son go to this center. The staff have been AMAZING. Amazing does not really even properly describe the leaders and teachers at this center. They are like family. They care for our son, who has been extremely challenging and has often not treated them kindly, like he was their own. Their feedback and monitoring of his behaviors have been instrumental in us being able to get him the help and support he needs through both medical care and the school district. I am so comfortable with my son being in their care during the day and feel so supported by the staff. Specifically the Assistant Director of this center, Novena. Novena is a gift to parents and children at this center. Also, I love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day on the app of my son. I can’t say enough great things about the Orchards KinderCare.
