Well, at the beginning, my Daughter started out at three days a week to wean into the full week. It was the end of the month and there was a wednesday, a friday and a monday left of that month. The state compensated them for the entire month. My daughter was sick after the first day she attended and was not able to attend the next friday and monday of that month. My daughter was sick every other week Going to this place and would cry every single day I would drop her off.It would break my heart every morning. They wanted to charge me three hundred dollars extra than what the state was giving them a month. I changed her daycare to littlest flowers.Highly recommend by the way. She doesn't cry when I drop her off anymore. She is not sick all the time. She has been able to attend full months at this day care. I have no idea how kinder care has a five star rating , especially at this location. But it is not a five star day care. And now, they want $3,000 dollars from me because I was not able to pay the three hundred dollars extra a month , and I was not willing to pay it because my daughter was never even able To attend this day care for an entire month because she was so sick so often. Find a better daycare for your child/children. They tried to tell me it was normal for my kid to be sick so often. It's definitely not normal. I wish I would have switched her daycare sooner tbvh.
We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care our child receives at St. Francis KinderCare. The staff excels in communication, keeping us updated throughout the day with details about meals, naps, activities, and even photos—helping us feel connected to our child’s day. The classrooms are always clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for learning and play. The teachers go above and beyond to build meaningful relationships with both the children and their families, creating a nurturing environment where kids can thrive. Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing our child is safe, happy, and growing each day.
Our Kindercare experience has been wonderful. As a first time mom, going back to work after 12 weeks, I was nervous about leaving my son anywhere. But, the teachers and director were amazing. I didn't have a ton of Mom friends or people to ask advice from, but I was able to go to the teachers at his school to get the support I needed. My son claps his hands when he sees the sign. He loves Kindercare and you can tell how much all of the staff cares about the kids. We're lucky to have found such a special place where he can thrive.
I highly recommend this location. Nikki, Scott and the entire staff are just excellent. The one time we even had the slightest of concerns, it was promptly addressed. My kiddo was in the baby and toddler rooms and we would not trade this asset. Flexible, kind, caring. I swear my son hugs 6 teachers before I can get him out the door.
We have an almost two year old enrolled in the program here. He loves it and is so happy to go to school everyday. He is always talking about his teachers and friends from his classroom. They go a great job updating us throughout the day with info and photos.
