My sons have been attending here for the last three years and it has been amazing. I love attending all the family events they host throughout the year. It builds strong sense of community and ensures time to get to know the staff on a deeper level.
I love how they are so active and engaging into the learning of the children. Mrs Roxanne and Mrs Monica are amazing directors they are good with the children and individuals and giving information. The team is also amazing Mrs Cheryl and Mrs Jay are soo I tuned with the infants they give special care to the infants.
AMAZING! We have had our daughter in this center since she was an infant, she is now two, and we can’t say enough good things! The staff is so warm and caring and truly passionate about their job. We have never had any concerns about safety and have complete trust in the staff.
Let me just start off by saying this is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever dealt with. My brother died unexpectedly and I took placement of his 5 year old daughter this year . I went to this daycare for help I wasn’t sure what steps to take for getting payment assistance for my niece seeing as that her dad just died and I needed to work to pay for the $6000 funeral . Kindercare told me I apply for state funding for the childcare and assured me everything would work out . They told me just send her here while your sorting it all out and the state WILL PAY ALL BACK PAY, she says trust me I know how this all goes. I trusted her I haven’t ever had to deal with this before and My kids are 23 and 24. Well the state did not pay all the back pay . They paid everything but 10 Days and now they sent me a $1000 bill for back pay and sent it to collections! I’m calling the better business bureau next : I would have NOT sent her if the director hadn’t instructed me to do so and told me it would all be paid for . Super unprofessional of her and to hit me with $1000 bill AND late fees for that time period! Rotten people ! Like I haven’t had enough to deal with ? I have tried to call them left voicemails to sort this bill out and no replay because they know they are wrong! Now after me working on my credit for the past 3 years they ruin it with this bill that I should not have ! I didn’t ask to send her to daycare without coverage they assured me it would all be paid for . Now they send me this fat bill and collections. I’m not gonna be quiet about this I’m gonna make Some waves this is wrong! I also have proof she told me to send her and all wouod be paid For lucky for me I keep conversations! And late feees for the time period ! They are money hungry and unprofessional and Monica was always so rude ! I wasn’t planning on returning anyway Because that place is dirty it’s always chaos and always a mess . The teacher just sit on the floor eating while the kids run while my niece ended in the hospital! There are better daycares this one is Hideous !
Place is outstanding. They were willing to work with me when I started to fall behind on payments and continued to let my kids attend. Also when I addressed them with a situation that was brought to my attention by my oldest, the situation was corrected the same day. My kids loved going here. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and my kids definitely will be going back once I go back to work.
