I can not say enough about the wonderful staff at Kindercare New Berlin. I am a mom of 2 under 3 and my heart is so at peace with our switch to this KinderCare. The staff are wonderful, loving and and care deeply about my children. The clear and open communication from the Director (Kayla and asst. Ericka) to each of their teachers is what every parent hopes for. We have built trusted relationships and love the smiling faces when we walk through the door. We are so grateful for every staff member at Kindercare.
I love KinderCare! Just not this one. In short, find a different KinderCare to send your child to. I’m so happy I was able to get my oldest out of this one and save my baby from ever attending. They are happily enrolled in a center that keeps them safe, cares for them properly and keeps both of their parents informed the way a child care center should.
Leaving KinderCare is bittersweet for our family… my son has absolutely thrived here, and if we weren’t relocating, we wouldn’t dream of leaving. From the very first day, the staff welcomed us with warmth and care, making the transition so much easier for myself and my 2 year old The teachers here are incredible, they genuinely love what they do. My son has learned so much, made wonderful friends, and always comes home happy and excited about his day. It’s rare to find a place that feels like an extension of home, but that’s exactly what KinderCare has been for us. We’re beyond grateful for the love, support, and memories we’ve made here, and we’ll miss this wonderful community so much!
We started our toddler at the New Berlin KinderCare about 5 months ago and we could not be happier with our decision to switch from another facility. It was a very hard decision for us to make but the staff and administration at KinderCare were so patient and welcomed us with open arms when we were ready. Our daughter has absolutely flourished and LOVES going to school every day. It is an almost daily occurance that she wants to stay and play at pick-up time. My husband often has to wait 5-10 minutes because she's having so much fun with her friends and teachers. The daily communications are amazing and we love seeing pictures of her learning and playing throughout the day. Thank you New Berlin KinderCare for loving our baby!
We consider the New Berlin KinderCare to be an extension of our family. The friendships our daughter has made and the joy she gets out of attending make it easy to drop her off each day! Education and Safety are so important and knowing she is getting that high quality care each day she attends feels great! We consider the choices we make now an investment in her future and I couldn't think of a better investment than choosing New Berlin KinderCare!
