I would give more stars if I could; coming from 2 bad daycare experiences and coming to Kindercare Downers Grove this is the best decision I made for me and my son. From the directors all the way down to the teachers; The communication is beyond expectation; they are organized; affordable; CLEAN and they have the best curriculum for all ages. I hate that I didn’t find them sooner. I recommend enrolling your child/children in this daycare location☺️

My 5 year old son has been a KinderCare child since he was an infant. I cannot begin to tell you how much of an amazing program with amazing curriculum this location offers their families. My son has flourished and he is BEYOND ready to make his transition into Kindergarten. His teachers as well as the management go above and beyond for our family and are all so caring and loving towards our child and they help us with all of our needs. We love that we can see pictures and updates about our child throughout the day with the app! Highland Kindercare has truly become a second family to us.

My family has had a great experience at Highland Avenue KinderCare over the past couple of years. The staff is always so friendly and my kids love their teachers. They do a great job of creating a fun and educational environment for all ages. The activities and special parties/holiday celebrations have all been fun and creative, especially the effort that goes into the Summer Calendar! I know I can trust all the teachers to provide a safe and caring space for my kids to laugh, play and learn every day.

Our daughter has been going to KinderCare since she was 7 weeks old and LOVES going to each morning! She is constantly learning and excited to show us what she's done each day when we pick her up after work!! I can't say enough about the teachers and directors who work there! We are now expecting a son within the next few weeks and he will also be going to KinderCare! It's a nice feeling knowing our kids are so well cared for while we're at work!

Very impressed with the teachers and directors! We’ve had our almost 2 year old son here full-time since he was an infant, and he loves it. There is a structured curriculum and the teachers work with the children on key development items throughout the day through group activities and open play. When there is open play, we’ve observed the teachers actively engaged with the kids, helping teach them right from wrong, how to interact with others, etc. They have a lot of patience and genuinely care about everyone. The staff is great about providing updates via the mobile app including daily photos (sometimes multiple group and individual) of the activities, meals/snacks, and nap times. We’ve felt very welcome here, and we would highly recommend this location.
