I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kindercare in Des Plaines. Every single day, my daughter walks in with a huge smile on her face and leaves just as happy—sometimes even reluctant to go because she’s having such a great time! As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is not only safe but truly thriving. The care and attention provided by Mrs. Darcy and her incredible team is nothing short of exceptional. They are warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and development. Yesterday, when I came to pick up my daughter, I walked in to find the whole group singing together—it absolutely melted my heart. These are the kinds of moments that reassure me I made the right choice. My daughter is my everything, and I am extremely confident and comfortable leaving her in the hands of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. The staff is always engaged, attentive, and full of positive energy. I could not be happier with the level of care they provide. All 3 of my children have been in attendance at this KinderCare since the summer and I couldn’t ask for better teachers. The photo and video updates throughout the day always put me at ease. They do activities and have a scheduled curriculum, which is a joy to know that my children are learning while they play.

We've sent our two daughters there for 3.5 years and have been very happy with the quality of care they both received. The center director is kind, responsive and gets an A+ for proactive communication. I would absolutely recommend this daycare center.

We love Des Plaines KinderCare! My son has been going since he was 8 months old. I feel extremely comfortable sending my child there everyday. They always send a picture or video everyday too so you can see how much fun the kids are having. All the staff are so genuine and you can see how much they care about the kids. My son lights up when he goes there everyday and there's no bigger relief knowing that your child is being cared for with such love and attention each day. They also accommodate any request you have and are really good with communication. I would highly recommend Des Plaines Kinder Care!

I have my toddler here now for 3 years. At the beginning this place was not so ok, but now it is reliable. Staff is g r e a t!!!!! The place needs improvement. But to me what matters … are the teachers. Mrs. Mia, Miss Christina and couple other teachers are amazing with kids. Really caring !
