I love the convenience of the location, access to the online platform and the app. KinderCare has been impressive as a brand and the Matteson location has been a great experience. The teachers are all very tentative and make my children feel supported and cared for these last 2 years. They always have activities for them and even have frequent field trips in the summer sessions. I highly recommend.
I absolutely love this school! My child has been going here for almost a year and her social skills have improved significantly. Staff here are amazing, patient and knowledgeable. They really care about the children, the Director is awesome she is really dedicated, helpful and kind! I am always greeted with a smile. I have been taking my daughter here since she was almost 6 months old, so about 2 years now. The Director Ms Maria has always been so helpful and great with my daughter. ALL the teachers there are welcoming, warm, kind, and patient. I feel at ease when I leave her because I know my daughter will be well cared for. I truly appreciate all that they do.

My nephew and niece attended kindercare. My nephew came home several times with injuries, particularly to his arms. Bruises that looked like hand prints. He told me which teacher hurt him. The teacher told me that he was a "disruptive" child, but did not explain his injuries. I took him to a doctor and confirmed the injuries. The Manager "expelled" him from the daycare. I have since contacted authorities. DO NOT send your children here. They are NOT SAFE.
