Kindercare Learning Centers - Office Park

My daughter has been attending the Pebble Road KinderCare for five months, and we could not be happier with our experience. While we have another KinderCare five minutes from our home, we gladly make the 12-minute drive to this location because of the truly exceptional level of love, care, and attention our daughter receives here. The entire staff is incredibly caring, nurturing, and patient. Leadership & Safety: The director, Ms. Sylvia, is truly the best. She is a constant presence, always visible, and never fails to personally greet my family. Her involvement is what sets this center apart—she knows what is going on in every class, is often seen walking the hallways, stepping in to help teachers during lunches or absences. She is also highly reachable, addressing any concern until we are completely satisfied. Knowing she leads the center makes us feel confident and safe leaving our child here. Wonderful Teachers & Staff: The staff's personal touches are remarkable. Ms. Tina at the front desk always stops what she's doing to greet us warmly. Ms. Brandi, the kitchen manager, is also kind and welcoming. Our daughter's teacher, Ms. Bri, is the most loving and patient teacher she has ever had. Ms. Bri greets us with so much care and attention that our daughter is absolutely attached to her and is sad when she's not there! We also appreciate the care from Mr. Matt. Facility & Program: The facility is clean, and we are very happy with the engaging daily activities. We love receiving the frequent pictures and updates shared throughout the day. If you are looking for a center where the staff is genuinely invested in your child and led by an outstanding director, look no further than Pebble Road KinderCare!

The KinderCare staff and care has been nothing short of incredible. As any care facility for children, no place is perfect. However, the ability of the staff to do their best and communicate with the parents on their needs and work with the family is all I can ask. The team approach in this KinderCare is present. Thank you Pebble Road for always putting your best foot forward and doing your best as it is not easy caring and educating the next generation leaders.

Our little girl attended this day care for a little over a year. My only complaint is that we didnt have her go here sooner. The staff is absolutely amazing. Even the teachers that dont directly take care of her she k ows all of them and says goodmoring and goodbye. Is the child care pricey, yes but they all are. And the level of care she gets is beyond 5 stars.

My daughter has been attending Kindercare for over two years now, and I am delighted to say that Christina, Aubrey, Silva, Tina, and all the team members have been absolutely wonderful. They have not only successfully assisted in potty training my daughter but also taught her how to read. Having experienced two other daycares prior to coming here, I can confidently say that I have no complaints whatsoever. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone! :)

Excellent management and staff. My 2.5 year old son has been attending KinderCare since October 2020 when we moved to the area. The school came highly recommended. The center director Sylvia is very involved and hands on. Tina in the front office works harder than most people I know! My son is happy when he comes home and talks about his teachers Kathy and Sara. I know daycare is tough during a pandemic but KinderCare is doing it right and I feel very safe sending my son. He rarely gets sick as opposed to his last daycare where he was sick weekly. After touring other schools in the area, I knew this was the right fit right when we got there.
