Parents consistently praise the KinderCare Fayetteville location for its exceptional teachers and directors who provide attentive, caring, and personalized attention to children. Parents report significant developmental progress in their children, including improved communication, confidence, and academic skills, along with strong daily communication about their child's activities. One parent noted that while teachers are excellent, the quality and appeal of the food served could be improved.
All of my children have grown up at this KinderCare with Mrs. Irma and our experience has been nothing but positive. The teachers are personable, attentive, and very approachable, which has always given me peace of mind. With my youngest in the infant room, I’m especially particular about his care, and his teachers consistently listen, communicate, and provide thoughtful feedback. When he took his first steps, they were just as excited as I was and made sure I could share in that moment in real time. Knowing my children are cared for, supported, and genuinely loved here has meant everything to our family.
My daughter started at this daycare when she was 6 months old, and while she was in the infant classroom, I was always satisfied. The teachers in the infant room were loving, caring, and attentive to the children. Even though I didn’t agree with some of the daycare’s rules, I still felt comfortable going to work knowing my daughter was in good hands. However, everything changed when my daughter moved to the toddler group. Unfortunately, I do not like the teacher at all, as she does not seem to genuinely care for the children. I personally witnessed her being very rude to one of the kids. During my daughter’s first few days in the toddler room, I stood for a couple of minutes at drop-off to help her adjust. The teacher saw me standing there but did not come to take my daughter from me, offer comfort, or acknowledge my presence, which felt very unprofessional—especially during such a sensitive transition. That same day, my daughter was crying intensely, which is understandable since the classroom was new for her and she needed time to adjust. She came to us after some time, as I mentioned, I and my crying daughter standing there for a while, Instead of comforting her, the teacher took her from me and strapped my crying daughter into a chair while I had to leave for work. I felt extremely uncomfortable and anxious leaving my so badly crying daughter in that environment. One of my biggest concerns is that the children were taken outside to the playground in very cold weather. My daughter—who already had an ear infection—was taken outside without a hat or proper cold-weather protection. The next day, she became very sick. She developed a high fever, lost her appetite, and vomited everything she ate. It has now been more than four days, and she is still unwell. I had to take time off work to stay home and care for her. ( By the way, This is already our 7th round of antibiotics since my daughter started attending this daycare, and this time I’m very concerned.) When I asked why my daughter was taken outside in such cold weather without proper protection, I was told they were trying to put the hat on, but she was taking that off and they only had two teachers and could not leave a one-year-old child alone in the classroom (who knows). This response was very concerning and disappointing. I wanted to reach out to the director to share my concerns, but I ultimately felt that it would not resolve the issues. Overall, I am very disappointed, especially after having such a positive experience in the infant classroom.
I can’t say enough great things about the Ramsey location! Amazing team at this facility! Definitely show they love each child as if they were their own!
I wanna say thank you to Ms Rhonda and Ms Ann to their hard work. My son he learned and he improved a lot in short period. He built his confidence, he learn how to talk and reply nicely. Before I get into it; I wanna make it known the teachers are TOP TIER!!! Absolutely no complaints about my child’s teachers; but, yes I would like to see some changes in the food. My child comes home everyday hungry trying to eat because the food is “gross.” Most morning my child is trying to pack my kitchen and bring all the food to class because again the food is “gross” it taste “yucky”. We are all at that age where we remember how awful school lunch was when we were in school. Can we please figure something out? Thank you Vr A mom with a hungry kid with tastebud standards
