My son goes here and we have had multiple issues with Miss Rebecca, not cleaning him correctly and leaving dried feces on my child for over eight hours. This has happened two days in a row now and all I’ve gotten is our center isn’t run like this well in the past month that my son has been there, he has been sent home in clothes that were one size too small for him that we did not give them because the teacher could not look in his box and find His clothes, and now for the past two days in a row, we have found dried feces on his anus because they will not lay him down on the mats to clean him. They only clean him standing up, even though I specifically asked for them to clean him laying down miss Daniela has not handled the situation in any way shape or form after she told me she would and honestly I don’t feel safe leaving my child here I would seriously reconsider this daycare center. It has been nothing but a headache. I asked to speak to whoever is above Miss Daniela and never got any response after they said they would give me a call.

Sadly the teachers care more about their jobs than the children. Anytime we tried to suggest help for our child they completely ignored it and complained that they have already not been meeting licensing standards and are just worried about their jobs. This daycare needs better childproofing and teachers who actually love and care about the kids who come in the doors. Was a real hard and sad experience with this daycare.

My kids started going here back in July and at first it was great. My son’s teacher kindra is amazing! However, once my son’s teacher got switched we had nothing but problems. She would call me every single day asking me to come pickup my son because he wasn’t listening. My son is 3! All the good teachers left and with good reason. I have a two week notice and we were unable to complete it due to Mrs Jordan calling me every single day multiple times a day to come pickup my son. We switched daycares and have had ZERO issues and I have got ZERO phone calls and my son has no problems. My son started referring to this daycare as “the mean one” anyways, I knew I would be charged for the two weeks we were unable to complete, I do want to point out we completed one of the two weeks after giving the two weeks notice so I shouldn’t be getting charged for both weeks! However, ON TOP OF THE two weeks they are charging me for they keep adding charges to my account DAILY. I reached out to Daniella the director MULTIPLE times asking what the charges are for and have gotten no response. You guys can NOT continue to charge me for days they were not there (even after the two weeks which really should only be one week out of pocket) this place is an absolute joke and I’m going to be reporting this place to my ccap lady. The teachers when we first started were amazing! But then yal hired teachers that don’t know how to handle kids. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Shout out to Mrs Fernanda though, she is absolutely amazing. Her and kindra are the only teachers left at this place that are actually worthwhile.

It was an experience not the best .It could be a better place if it was clean and the employees do a better job .And the director enforce rules and not try to be friends with the employees and let them do whatever and hire better people and not just anybody.The kitchen was a break room and the office. There was not enough privacy employees sitting in the office 24/7 .I thought that was weird.The center only gets clean when licenses comes are Tina other than that it’s nasty the restrooms nasty.Kids always sick being a cook I shouldn’t have been in the classroom with sick kids then back to the kitchen it was horrible at that center.

Not only do my kids go here but I also work here and I am so relieved to know how much the staff care. I’m happy that my kids not only play and have fun but they learn and have fun! I love this place. I love watching all the kids growth and watching them build a connection with all the staff and other kiddos. My kids love their teachers. I love that the meals are healthy. My kids have a loving place to go throughout the day. I get to see how much all of us love these kids. It’s a home away from home. Most of all my kids are safe and that’s the most important thing for me.
