We had our daughter here from a year old until almost three, and only left because we moved. We loved our time here so much! Our daughter’s teachers were so kind and caring, and we could tell that they really cared about her and loved her. We always felt that our daughter was taken care and safe, and she learned so much and really blossomed at KinderCare. I wish we could have stayed here for her whole time in daycare! It’s so hard to leave your child in someone else’s care, but we never worried while she was here.

This is an amazing center with amazing staff. My 3 year old daughter has been going to this center all her life thus far. The reason there are more positive reviews than negative speaks for itself. This is a great center with a lot of dedicated and passionate staff. There have been incidents, but they have been handled professionally and timely as possible. Some of the negative reviewers need to understand, we are all human and no place is perfect, especially full of kids. You think it's difficult and frustrating at timesdealing with and managing a couple of your own children, try managing 4-5 times as many (if not more) while bound to restrictions and guidelines and trying your hardest to not have any incidents. Things don't always go 100% according to plan, especially when dealing with nearly 100 children in your facility and dealing with teachers and parents and trying to manage everything, especially when you're short staffed at times and not being able to do your own job as you're having to work as a teacher to cover staff so they can take a break or a lunch. I challenge the people giving negative reviews to try and do what these staff do on a daily basis and bet they don't last a week before quitting or having an incident of their own. A little understanding and compassion, the same as they give all of their children that attend there, would be greatly appreciated as these staff put in a lot of time and energy to watch over and protect your children to the best of their ability and follow strict guidelines and procedures. These staff are wonderful and this facility in particular just achieved numerous awards, including Best Overall Kindercare Facility for the district. Again, there is a reason there are so many more positive reviews than negative.

The best daycare provider in El Paso County.. First and foremost praise to the staff.. The people here actually cares and listens.. When you take your children somewhere you want them to feel safe but also you want them to be excited about going . This location has it all.. They are also very clean well organized and they have structure which we all know kids need.. I would highly recommend any and everybody to come to this location and be happy and worry free

We LOVE this KinderCare. Our son has been in the infant room since August 2023, starting when he was 9 weeks old, it was very hard letting him go off and be cared for by complete strangers, but I have gotten to know his teachers and I am so happy he is in this daycare program. They send pictures almost every day, and everything is documented in the app, meals, changings, activities, it is the most reassuring thing. We have had a few issues, but once we brought up our concerns with the Director, she always was very understanding of our concerns and always made sure they were addressed. It has been awesome having our son in this program, and when we have more children, we plan on enrolling them in this KinderCare as well.

My son (preschool age) has been going here for 4 months and I have had a great experience. When I pick him up he always tells me how much fun he had during the day. They send pictures and updates of what goes on through your child’s day. The staff is always kind and helpful. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of state. Thank you so much for taking great care of my son, you all will be missed!
