A special thank you to Director Michelle J, whose dedication and compassion truly set this center apart. She goes above and beyond for the children, parents, and her staff. Michelle is approachable, accommodating, and genuinely invested in every child’s success and happiness. Her leadership creates a positive, supportive atmosphere that you can feel the moment you walk in. My child looks forward to going every day, and the growth we’ve seen is incredible. The teachers are loving, attentive, and highly engaged with each child’s unique needs. From the enriching curriculum to the safe and joyful learning environment, every part of our experience has exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be loved, encouraged, and truly cared for, East Boca KinderCare is the place to be. We’re so grateful to be part of this amazing community.

We have been coming to East Boca Raton Kindercare for 3+ years and are happy as ever here. Michelle is the best director this center has seen. All the teachers are wonderful as well. If you want a place that truly cares for your kiddo, this is the one. They go above and beyond.

This is an excellent daycare that we can’t say enough good things about. The teachers and staff are extremely welcoming and caring. They made our daughter feel loved. They even styled her hair when mom was out of town. You can really tell that the Director and Assistant Director love and enjoy what they do. The facilities are safe and well maintained. Snacks and food were always available to our daughter. 10/10 recommend.

This childcare facility was a huge disappointment and I would strongly caution other parents before enrolling their children here. My kids were repeatedly excluded and treated unfairly, while certain children were clearly favored. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in childcare where every child deserves to feel valued and included. It was obvious to both me and my children that favoritism dictated how they were treated. No child should come home asking why they aren’t good enough or why they’re being left out. That is not just poor care — it is harmful. When I voiced my concerns, the staff showed little accountability and no real willingness to change. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and fairness speaks volumes. Parents trust childcare providers with the well-being of their children, and this facility failed that responsibility. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects equal treatment, inclusivity, and basic respect for their children.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We absolutely love East Boca Kindercare! Our daughter loved all of her teachers (Becca, Natalie, Addy) and the entire staff. The Director and Assistant Director are truly the best. They make you feel so welcomed and included. They genuinely care about the kids and their happiness. They share and track your child’s activities throughout the day so you are constantly in the know. The facility is clean and orderly but fun and inviting. The teachers actually teach the kids instead of just babysitting. They plan fun activities and send home their masterpieces. They truly go above and beyond.
