Mrs. Carla is everything you could hope for in a daycare director and more. She’s always there to greet me with a smile when I drop off my child and is always approachable and understanding. Since she became the director, I’ve noticed a significant positive change, and I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work. Knowing that Mrs. Carla has over 20 years of experience working with children and families gives me extra reassurance that she knows what she’s doing. She’s a true asset to the center, and I’m grateful for the care and leadership she provides.

Let me start from the beginning. When I first was in search of a location for my kids to go their was a sense of understanding when i discussed my issue with culture. I am a Sociologist and having a completely fulfilling and well rounded experience and space is important to me. When I spoke with the director Diamond and the assistant director Rachelle, they completely understood. I stressed my concerns and my previous encounters with another daycare. Unfortunately, I had to remove my kids because of this ridiculous change in payments. I am fully aware that it wasn't their fault, but I wish that they had the proper support from the higher ups because I would not mind bringing my kids back if it was feasible. I am already an Urban League recipient having to pay an admin fee, the other fees was impossible . I absolutely love the time and dedication and heart that Diamond and Rachelle and the long standing teachers like Angy, Maria, Kiara, and Ari, put into their work. If I remember correctly when I asked for assistance further I think her name was Katie, whatever position she holds, was not trying to accommodate. In all honesty, if this place had proper supports, I can imagine them thriving. It sucks that I had to go.

KinderCare is such a great daycare center! Bringing our child from a daycare center that wasn’t a clean or safe environment to this daycare center where they have showed and reassure us our child is in a completely clean and safe environment. A Big thanks to the amazing director at this location Dimond Rainkin-King from the start she personally gave us a tour of the center and she has showed my family and I how responsible they are when it comes to the children and how they are not there to just babysit but are there to teach the children. Also a big thanks to our child's teacher Ms. Dre! Since coming to this school and specifically our child being in her class our child has began to learn so much such as her developing new words and beginning to form sentences. I also love the fact that they take pictures of our children throughout the day to show us the activities they are doing and the food they’ve eaten for the day. Things we didn’t have the luxury of having at the old Daycare. With that said this is an amazing daycare and I will recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a new daycare for their child. If the reviews were a 1-10 stars I would definitely give them 10 starts!

My goodness!!!! I love this place. I had to go though because of the all the fees and changes. I was an Urban League with multiple children and whenever the regional people making the attempt to charge fees and having me an outrageous amount. No thank you !!!! While there, Diamond and Rachelle set an amazing tone for the school. While they are both, the director and assistant director, so busy, you can always catch them in the classrooms but they pare never too busy to work with their families. I wish them the best alongside the teacher who were with my kids. You have an amazing head on the shoulders of this school!!!!! I hope those fees arent LONG TERM because id definitely return.

Best school center staff is so amazing and positive. Every morning we are greeted with smiles and positive energy. It helps knowing my kids will be safe and having fun while I attend work. Five star service each and every day.
