This place is not good at all my kids went for 3 weeks my daughter got bitten and they called and told me at 5:55pm. It was like they had no care in the world. I did not like the way they treated my son when autism that they told me they take. It was horrible! Happy I took my kids out!

Love this place. The staff here are truly amazing! Always kind when I am here. My daughter loves them all. Ms. Rachel will be truly missed by my daughter! Thank you for everything! If I didn’t have to move, I would definitely have stayed here as long as I could. I highly recommend this place

At the beginning of the Journey with this Kindercare, it was amazing, Tiffany The director at the time was great. She was always well informative anytime I called in and ask questions or asked about my children she was very knowledgeable and respectful. Tammy and Carrie we’re also favorites of my children as well as myself! Always happy to be dropped off to one of the three. My sons teacher Miss Mina was always so kind and kept me up to date. There’s another two teachers that I cannot remember the names of offhand that were great as well. However, since there has been a new director and employees have been dropping like flies things have not been the best there’s been incident reports, missing supplies, miscommunication, and situations that have arise upon picking up my children. To the women I have named and the two that I I am unable to remember have been great to my children and unfortunately only two of them are left at the center. I would give five stars had all the teachers still been there. Tammy is still with the center & I couldn’t be more grateful for her staying, and another teacher. If it had not been for them, I would’ve pulled my children IMMEDIATELY. I will be moving my children to another daycare, KinderCare. Hopefully this centers new employees will turn the place around but with my children, I can’t take the chance. Thank you so much for those whom I have named, and the two I can not seem to remember the names of.

I would give zero stars if it was allowed , Silvia and jennifer are the rudest directors I’ve ever met. They always have an attitude towards parents and don’t know how to communicate. They tell you everything last minute! they could care less if someone was waiting at the door trying to pick up their kid They just talk and talk and talk. Some of the teachers I’ve met are great I’ll give you that. But if this kinder care is going to hire directors and assistant directors like that then you might as well find another place

Ever since Tiffany left the center I’ve had nothing but a hard time. The new director Jennifer is horrible. Shes so rude. I didn’t even know who the new director was until i started asking around since she did not introduce herself. They had amazing staff and everyone is leaving all of a sudden. I asked staff why they were leaving and they all said it was because the new Director and they didnt enjoy their work place anymore. Mrs. Christine and Mrs. deb are still there, they’re e great with my son. I will be looking for a new daycare center. Its sucks since its so close to my home.
