Last year it was awesome, and I liked people were comprehensive But this year it's awful, Staff very careless no supervision, instruction for real, kids fighting, pulling, pushing)(bad behavior ) especially if the kids has their familiar in the classroom. No warmth welcoming (not very nice), they talk on people's back you fell the environment suspect when people come like 😏🙄, I'm worried for my daughter, I'm tired to see my Daughter come with rash, bleed on her face, when i asked the teacher said that she doesn't know how that happened, I brought it up to them many times they don't do nothing they just said ok,I will try to prevent that next time and same thing keep happening. I'm gone!

Brought my 3 year old here and his adverse behaviors spiked. They had no real intervention for negative behavior's in classroom and kept calling me after 1 hour to come retrieve my child. He went for about 3 weeks and the welcoming vibe was no existent. I thought it would be a great place to immerse my child in different environment with several teachers that are black and of whiteness but it was not worth it.

If i could leave no stars I WOULD. Very unprofessional. It starts off ok in the beginning & ends horribly. They close kids classrooms and tell you 30 minutes before hand you cannot bring your child in. It’s very unorganized and a mess. Half the time they can’t find your kids shoes, coats or any belongings. Great curriculum but not worth the headache. You can tell half the staff is only there to get paid. Just a mess, don't sign your kid up here. Not worth it.

Switching my daughter from a daycare setting to a pre-k was very challenging, I wanted a place were she would evolve , feel loved and learn, I wanted a place that felt “safe” and “homey” the staff and directors do a very good job at making you feel part of the family. She loves it, she’s happy, she loves her teachers and she’s learned so much!. The director Terri greets you every morning and also to see her engagement and involvement with the children on the app is great and so reassuring! I couldn’t be happier that we are a part of the Kinder Care family. Thank you all for all the outpouring love and dedication to our children.

This daycare does not even deserve a star! The structure of the Daycare and the director who runs it is HORRIBLE!! IF YOU CARE AND LOVE YOUR CHILD DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN! Its all about money! My child was being threatened to get kicked out because after being there for almost a year with no issues. They switched her teacher which was not able to handle toddlers correctly. My daughter’s behavior changed drastically as they stated to me. I found marks on my child that I have pictures and videos of after my child told me the new teacher mishandled her inappropriately. My child stated she was dragged by her as she stated “I don’t have time for this” which the teacher confessed to saying to the assistant director. Mind you I made sure to have my child describe what being dragged is. In a meeting that dad and I expressed concerns to the director and asst. director. Which were not taken into consideration and aswell mentioned what my daughter stated. The director said she will look into it and changed subject quickly and did nothing about it which BY LAW they are supposed to file on the teacher and start an investigation as soon as they hear of any such conduct. The director went on vacation didnt do nothing! My daughter was left still under the care for a week with that teacher. I found fresh markings on her that Friday. Pulled her out and then questioned The asst. director who at this point was in the hot seat and left to handle it due to director failing to do anything. Only reason I feel it happened is due to mentioning the LAWS THEY BROKE. You can see how they take advantage of lack of knowledge not realizing some do research! The asst. director finally filed 51A and reported to EEC and DCF. THEY BROKE THE LAWS in many ways with my 5 yr daughter with how they was handling her and the situation. Pulling her out of her class placing her with 2yr olds making her loose out on pre K curriculum which they CANNOT DO BY LAW! Instead of investigating the changes in the class while asking me what changed at home! Knowing they made the changes. DO NOT make the same mistake I made! My stomach still turns knowing my daughter wasn’t actually safe or cared for at this daycare! I had teachers voice to me they don't agree how the director handles the situations with children. Not one but three different teachers! That says alot! I pray for the kids they still have! I HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT PULLING WHAT THEY PULL! THEY NEED A NEW DIRECTOR!! Im doing my part to make sure this never happens to another child! My daughter since leaving and starting a new school is doing awesome with no issues and the teachers praise how great she is which was the situation at the daycare until the new teacher came into the picture! CHILDREN ALWAYS ACT OUT IN BAD SITUATIONS OR WHEN SOMETHING BAD STARTS TO OCCUR! PAY ATTENTION AND ASK YOUR CHILDREN QUESTIONS THEY WILL ALWAYS BE HONEST AND DESCRIBE IN DETAIL. Dont allow these bad directors/daycares make it seem your child is the issue when the issue is right under their nose! Ooya I forgot the director in the meeting tried to tell me it was due to another child that was bad that they had kicked out. She stated she felt my daughter was competing with him and that was the reason my daughter drastically changed in behavior! Blaming the children not caring to find what was really going on. My daughter still remained acting as she was. Hmm makes you wonder why so many kids were mis behaving and acting out at the same time once a teacher was inserted into the class! Smdh NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR REASSURANCE OF FINDING A REAL SOLUTION OR WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THE CLASS! NEGLIGENCE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! If you have had a similar situation please REPORT THEM TO EEC.They need to be on the list of random pop ups from the state until a new director comes in! If the director sees this Terry YOU DONT BELONG IN THIS FIELD.The asst. director Sandra would do so much better in her position and even as a director without your influence and seeing over her! YOU LACK EMPATHY AND PROFESSIONALISM!
