We have loved our experience at Watergate KinderCare. This was our family's first experience with a daycare and I was concerned about my one-year-old not adjusting well. The staff was so kind and accommodating that we immediately felt comfortable leaving him there. The consistent communication and many daily updates have made the transition as smooth as we could've hoped. We also love all the activities they do with him on a regular basis. The teachers are great with my son and now my only concern is that he forgets all about me as soon as we get to the classroom.
We’ve had amazing experiences taking our 20 month old daughter to Watergate KinderCare for backup care. They’re super attentive and thoughtful and treat our daughter like she’s there everyday. They do a great job handling the tough drop off goodbye and ensuring that she’s engaged throughout the day. We also love the photo updates. Highly recommend to any parents in need of backup care in DC!
I can’t say enough great things about this facility and the staff. My son attended Watergate KinderCare for 4 months and the only reason we’re switching daycare is because of proximity to our home. The center director and teachers provide frequent updates which made me feel totally at ease whenever I dropped my son off. He loved it there and it was amazing to see his growth with the support of his teachers. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am incredibly grateful for the care my children receive at this daycare! Since enrolling, I’ve seen such a positive change in both of my toddlers. The teachers spend a lot of quality time with my kids, helping them learn and grow. One of the biggest highlights has been how they’re helping my children develop their speech—I’ve noticed they’re starting to talk more and communicate better every day. The environment is clean and well-maintained, and one thing that stands out is how my kids haven’t been sick while attending. The daycare clearly prioritizes hygiene and the overall health of the children, which is a huge relief for any parent. They also engage the kids in a variety of activities, from arts and crafts to interactive play that teaches sharing and cooperation. My toddlers come home happy. The staff is attentive and nurturing, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here!
We needed care for our son for two weeks in DC, and Watergate KinderCare has gone out of their way to be welcoming and accommodating. Tons of personal attention, daily updates and activities. We've loved the staff and caring environment. Highly recommended.
