I can't express my gratitude in just five stars! As a first-time mom, the thought of leaving my child with someone else felt overwhelming—who could I trust? After trying several daycare facilities without success—my son wouldn't even stay for five minutes—I felt discouraged. Then I discovered West Bay Granite Bay KinderCare through a Google search and decided to take a tour. My goal was simple: it would be the right fit if my son felt comfortable enough to play there without clinging to me. Ms. Esther arranged our visit, and her warmth and hospitality were remarkable. She made my son feel so at ease that, within minutes, he explored the classroom and fully engaged in play. Much to my surprise, I had to coax him to leave! In that moment, I knew I had found a nurturing environment for my child. The staff are exceptional; every teacher exudes care, attention, and love. Communication is always a priority, allowing us to work together to keep my little one happy and secure. West Bay Granite Bay Kinder Care welcomed my child with open arms, becoming a vital part of our community. I couldn't be more thrilled and grateful for this fantastic experience! I cannot speak highly enough about this daycare. This is my second time using this facility and it has even improved from last time as there is a new wonderful Administrator Miss. Ester. All of the staff, including the Administrator are so warm, welcoming and dedicated to each child whilst remaining professional. They all strive to make each child feel special and always greet them by name. I currently have a baby in the infants class and a child in the 4’s class. I live 20minutes away but it’s worth the drive as I have had bad experiences at other centers which were understaffed and felt like they didn’t even know my children. My oldest child is shy and struggled to even communicate with anyone at her previous daycare but now she is thriving and learning so much everyday because of the staff and the excellent way this facility is managed. I get consistent, thorough updates all throughout the day and I know I can call at anytime to check on my kids. My baby loves all the songs and music time that Miss. Ester provides for them daily.

I never thought I'd feel so comfortable about leaving my child with anyone, at any sort of preschool this young. My son is 3, and he LOVES it there. All of the teachers are very understanding, and reassuring. They're so helpful with all of my needs, and they never fail to welcome us with smiles everyday! They never make me feel bad about calling in to check on my boy, or asking too many questions. That makes me feel comfortable about leaving my son there. Everyone does a great job at keeping us parents updated throughout the days as well. Another thing that was a huge deal for me was the food my son was going to be being fed and I was so relieved when I saw how healthy all of the food and snacks are. It's all great nutritional stuff! I'm very appreciative of everything kindercare has to offer me and my son. We both love the staff and are so happy to be here!!

Kindercare has felt like family since day one! Our children have been there for almost two years. We first joined as I felt a warmth and welcoming environment when we visited that was unmatched elsewhere. All of the teachers know all of the babies and children and truly love and care for them as their own. The love, positive energy, patience, enthusiasm, and kindness the teachers and staff pour into our children is felt and observed in many ways! I never worry when I am at work and know they are in very capable and loving hands. Our oldest has impressively blossomed and thrived in many ways including language, writing, math and emotional development. We cannot say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it!!

My daughter has been attending here for almost a year. She has opened up so much and has became a very social butterfly thanks to the whole staff being so kind and welcoming. The childcare provided here is very genuine and comfortable, I have never had a situation that has not been addressed properly. Thank you to the whole team for always providing extraordinary care!
