Kindercare Learning Center

I have had an excellent experience with this center over the past eight months, as they consistently provide attentive and personalized care for both of my children. The staff truly go above and beyond to meet each child’s individual needs, which gives me great peace of mind. The director, Kris, is always approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns, ensuring open and effective communication. My youngest is in the infant room, where I receive timely updates on every diaper change, bottle, and activity. My oldest is in the preschool room, and Ronda continually creates engaging and creative learning experiences that I would never have thought to introduce on my own. The frequent updates on meals, activities, and daily progress from both classrooms make me confident that my children are in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. I would highly recommend this center to any family seeking quality childcare.

I highly recommend this center and have referred several families here. Both of my boys have attended since infancy, and my niece and nephew are also enrolled. We have grown alongside Kris, the Director—when we first started, she was the lead infant teacher, and she has since worked her way up to Director. She has done an excellent job in her role, always addressing my concerns quickly and taking them seriously. I did have one serious issue in the past with a former staff member in the Discovery Preschool room, whose behavior was unprofessional. After filing a complaint, Kris and her leadership team took immediate action, and that individual is no longer with the center. As a parent of color, I also value the diversity here and have never witnessed any child being treated differently for how they look. When my oldest child was injured from a fall in the classroom(due to him running), the staff responded appropriately, kept me informed, and reimbursed our medical costs. I have always been treated with respect and kept in clear communication with both the director and my children’s teachers. While there is some staff turnover—as is common in many centers—the staff who remain consistently show genuine care, dedication, and love for the children. Also a special thanks to Ms. Ronda, who is such a kind, caring presence. Even though my son can be a bit spirited at times, she adores him, and the feeling is mutual. I deeply appreciate all the extra hours, hard work, and heart the staff put into caring for my children and every child in the center—it does not go unnoticed.

I would highly recommend this center. Through out the years of my child’s daycare experience here. We have been blessed to have Ms Kris & Ms Ronda (The backbone of this center and always a constant. They should receive a bonus for always going above and beyond!!! This is hard work and is a very under appreciated job for the people doing the actual work.) partnering with me from infant stage to pre-k in developing my son’s physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth he would not be who is now without these amazing ladies.

We started our daughter here when she was 2, so naturally were a little nervous about the transition. It was incredibly smooth, the teachers are amazing and the center director is excellent - we immediately felt like family. The teachers listen to any questions/requests, and the communication is great. We’ve been at the center 3.5 years now and always know our kiddo is safe, loved, encouraged, supported and learning each day! Our daughter loves attending daycare here! I’d recommended this center is anyone, and we’re sad that our daughter is transitioning out and on to kindergarten, we’ll miss the center and staff so much.

We are so lucky to have found Shoreview KinderCare! Our daughter began daycare as a toddler and we were nervous about transitioning her into an unfamiliar environment. Thanks to the truly amazing, kind, and caring staff at Shoreview KinderCare, everything went so smoothly and she is so excited to go see all her friends there every day! For us as parents, it is such a relief to have the certainty that the most important person in our lives is safely in the hands of people who truly care about her, and that she gets to spend her time participating in tons of activities that prepare her for school in ways we wouldn't be able to do for her at home. Ashley, the Center Director, is phenomenal and makes everyone feel so welcome. We have had such a great experience being part of the Shoreview KinderCare community and recommend this center to the highest extent!
