5 Stars - Amazing Experience at KinderCare! KinderCare has been a lifesaver for our family. We switched from a poorly managed daycare where my son was unhappy and misunderstood. From day one at KinderCare, he came home smiling and excited to go back. His teacher, Emily, has been incredible—so patient and supportive with our strong-willed little one. She truly understands him and helps him thrive. They also recently welcomed our one-year-old, and we could tell right away he had a great day with the staff and other kids. The communication, care, and professionalism at KinderCare are unmatched. They truly see each child as an individual. We are so grateful and highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this daycare. They aren't honest and some of the teachers seem like they might be on drugs, really zoned out and not present for the children. They also only checked my child's diaper a few times a day. When I brought it up to management, they didn't respond for a week, and then it was a super fake reply of platitudes. I didn't find them to be authentic or genuine. Different teacher every other day. Im not even sure they know the kids names. They would send me pics of other kids, not my daughter. The last day when I picked her up, i accidentally opened the wrong door to the outside area and there was a pile of garbage, a large pile. They also lied about giving me a refund for the 2 days when they said they would. They charge you for enrollment fees more than once a year. Communication is lacking, and they will literally lie to you with a smile on their face. Super fake

We were quite nervous about sending our son to daycare for the first time, but KinderCare in Rohnert Park has exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind and caring, and they made the transition much smoother for our little one. Although it took him a little while to adjust, he now absolutely loves his time there and all of the incredible staff. The communication has been fantastic, with regular updates including photos throughout the day, bathroom updates, and food information. They do fun activities all day including arts and crafts and outdoor play. The team goes above and beyond to work with our son and tailor the experience to what works best for him. We highly recommend KinderCare for anyone looking for a nurturing and responsive daycare environment.

After looking at plenty of options and having a horrible experience with a different in home provider, we decided on KinderCare RP and our 1.5 yr old has been going there since Jan 2023 (at just shy of 6 months) and routinely 4-5 days a week since September and I cannot say enough good things about the center, the Administration and all the Teachers! They are truly phenomenal and getting real time updates eases this mamas anxiety. They are attentive to all the children and communicate quickly and effectively to parents. Alex has done a great job ensuring the Center runs smoothly and is a great experience no only for the little ones but for the families as well. Our son loves going "to school" and he is so much fun. His development has also exploded since he started going routinely. The variety of food has also opened up our little guys food options and choices and he is willing to try anything we give him at home. My family is too far to watch him and I now consider the staff at KinderCare RP part of our extended family. Thanks Team!

Our daughter has really flourished and become a social butterfly since starting at the Rohnert Park Kindercare in April, right after she turned 1. In a short 8 months she surprises us everyday with new things she learns and how happy she seems to be! The staff and teachers are always friendly and kind and seem to genuinely be excited to see our daughter when we arrive. The updates and photos throughout the day are fun and helpful, letting us be a part of her activities. Our home is filled with the little cute art projects they do. We wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else at this point!
