I’m really quite surprised that Mrs. Ashley still works here. When my daughter was 2 years old she used to attend this childcare, and for a week straight she didn’t want me to leave her every time I dropped her off, she screamed and cried every time. Then one day I finally asked her what was wrong, why she didn’t want to go to school, she said Mrs. Ashley hit her. There was a whole investigation in regards to this and a detective came out to my house, and interviewed my daughter without me in the room, and he asked her specific questions, then he came back and told me “she is telling the truth, no 2 year old is going to lie about something like that.” That was 11 years ago. At that time, I was much younger doing things by myself with 3 kids alone, and lived a very busy life. Long story short, I pulled my daughter out of that kindercare so fast and switched her to another school. And still, Her story never changed. If I had knew any better, something big would have came out of this. I would have definitely went the extreme to make sure justice was served. But Karma works in the best way possible, when it is least expected. People who mishandle children and mishandle people who can’t fend for themselves got something in store for them. TRUST. I think about that til this day and it just makes my skin boil. In addition, my daughter had a jacket that I had bought from Costco that she used to wear all the time. Well around this same exact time, I used to put coconut oil in my daughters hair everyday. So her hair literally smelled like coconut oil, and so did her jacket. Any who, I picked her up one day and I’m asking where is my daughters jacket, well Mrs. Ashley self was trying so hard to say that jacket was another little girls jacket and Mrs. Ashley wasn’t trying to give it back, she swore it was the other little girls jacket. I grabbed that jacket out of the other little girls cubby and guess what it smelled like, COCONUT OIL. From that day on I wrote my kids names on EVERYTHING. This is like one of those situations you will never forget, especially when it involves your kids. Listen to your gut.

I was devastated when I knew I had to leave my baby with a daycare but after getting to know this place I could not be happier. My son started at 8 months old and is now 2 years old and we LOVE how much he’s learning here. The director Ashley is a tireless professional that has created a positive and transparent culture with the staff. They are honest when my toddler has a bad day and quick to share any concerns. Our previous spot was so frustrating and never gave us any meaningful feedback. The staff here is genuinely caring and so incredibly gentle with every child. I feel like everyday they give their all, they have activities planned, they keep them busy, give time for rest, reading, healthy play, everything he needs. My son is benefiting so much from all they do. They are fun, patient, and most importantly safe about everything from cleaning, to language, to safety. My son loves being here and it shows. 100% would recommend.

Terra Vista KinderCare has an excellent staff, from the teachers to the administrators. They are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. They have excellent cleaning and disinfection protocols and I feel confident that they are doing all they can to keep my children safe. The children are always doing educational activities and fun crafts. I love receiving updates and photos of my children throughout the day. I have used KinderCare's services for the past six years and I have been consistently impressed with their high level of child care.

It is very rare that you come across a daycare center that not only care about your kids but care about your well being as well. I have found this at KinderCare! The staff are kind and considerate! I mean everyone from the Director Ashley to the Admin Brenda and Andrew and from Ms. Jennifer the teacher! My son is very picky and moody and he love this KinderCare! When I could not take him for a few weeks, he practically begged me to take him back there and he is 7 years old. He chose this facility over all his tech toys so they are doing an awesome job here! I was very nervous to leave my baby boy with strangers. However, visiting multiple daycare in the area, I fell in love with Terra Vista Kindercare. All the teachers in the infant room are extremely kind and patient. I love that my little boy is enjoying his time learning and exploring everyday at Kindercare. I am please with the teachers and facility! They foster a loving and warm environment for the infants. Thank you so much!
