We have been with Railstop KinderCare for four months now and have been overwhelmingly pleased with how warm, welcoming, and communicative the staff have been. First time dad so I was very cautious about trying to find the perfect day care for my child during these unprecedented times with COVID. After interviewing and visiting numerous day cares, my wife and I decided on Railstop KinderCare. The staff is extremely caring and we love that they have an invaluable level of teaching experience. We really enjoy their open lines of communication. The teachers not only provide us with daily reports through their app, they also send us photos and videos throughout the day. We feel confident in the safely measures they are taking during COVID to keep our family safe. Without a doubt, this is has been the best experience we could have hoped for.
Our daughter has been attending Kindercare Railstop since she was 18 months old and I can’t say enough amazing things about the ladies of this center. The entire team is warm, compassionate, and kind. It feels more like dropping her off with family everyday rather than daycare. They are also super knowledgeable about child development and provide her with enough structured curriculum where I know she’s growing and learning but also put a tremendous focus on play which is exactly what we were looking for.
My son has been going to day care here full time since he was 1, he’s now 3. We absolutely love it here! The staff is extremely caring. Every day when I drop off and pick up my son, his teachers always tell me about his day and how he’s been doing. They share his little victories and milestones, or a little story about something funny he did that day, or how they’re proud of him for something he did well at. They always seem genuinely motivated to want to talk to me, never like it’s a chore or a requirement. I feel safe with him in their care, and I never fret when I’m at work because I know he’s with caretakers that actually and genuinely love him. They are flexible and kind, easygoing and understanding. They never make a big deal about little mishaps, and they always help me know that the things my kid goes through are normal. They always offer reassurance in an honest way, and they are also very good about backing me up on things we are trying to reinforce at home. We’ll never go anywhere else as long as they’re open, and we’ll continue to use them for summers even once our son is old enough for public school.
Every morning we are greeted with a friendly welcome by Ms. Sosan. From that moment I know my twins are going to have a great day at KinderCare. Ms. Tina is always ready to take care of them when we enter her classroom. The children are playing nicely when we arrive. I feel comfortable and happy knowing that my children are well taken care of while at Railstop.
