My children have attended Kindercare since 2022 up until the start of this school year. I have had a positive experience with this center. They have always communicated and worked with me when it came to any issues or needs of my children. I knew when I left them in their care, the teachers and directors would watch over them and keep them safe. We were sad to leave the center but our kids grew up and they are starting their next journey with school. We would happily come back for summer for the kids to rejoin their friends.
I picked up my daughter 10/24/24 as I’m strapping her in the car seat I check her mouth , swollen , bleeding and a gash in her tongue open! These people told me nothing when I picked her up supposedly she “fell” well if it was just a fall why so sneaky foumbling a paper report for 15 min in the back room I wouldn’t trust this daycare I took my daughter out immediately and there risk number doesn’t work so I have to pay a hospital bill for an injury I had nothing to do with , I live 5 min around the corner the no communication is very telling
The communication issues here are awful My nephew has been at this daycare for a week, and already we've had issues with the director making claims and assumptions that he should be placed on meds and this daycare was not a good fit for him. Children need time to adapt to new things and she gave up on him his first week. This is overwhelming for him as well because he has a new daycare and starts school this year. It takes time. She didn’t have patience at all, she will talk over you, talk too fast and forget what she said. The lack of organization and is very concerning. Will not recommend!!
My child has been attending KinderCare for almost five months, and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff is kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with, which has made the transition to daycare much smoother. I fully trust them with my baby, and I appreciate the care they provide each day. A special shout-out to the teachers in the infant room. They have been instrumental in my baby’s development. From adjusting to bottle feeding and daytime naps to rolling over, interacting with other children, and beginning to sit up, their support has made a real difference. I’m happy with my decision to send my child to KinderCare and recommend it to parents looking for a supportive and nurturing environment.
Please save yourself time sending your child here! The director is the worse, talks all over you while you speaking, which means she not listening to anything you’re saying towards her. Discredit my kid on the first day of child care telling me he was unfit, she also made a statement saying that I may need to put my child on medication! Unorganized and stereotyping don’t do it! I wouldn’t even look at another KinderCare idc what location it is!
