Kindercare Learning Center - Plainfield

Careful, the teachers aren't paying attention to the kids and a friend of mine kid keeps coming home with bruises and marks on him and nothing is being done about it. Hope my review finds its way to someone who can look over cameras and see that the teachers aren't watching them properly. Give the job to someone who enjoys children!

I only used this place for a day. They are part of a back-up care program through my work. The staff at KinderCare Blue Ash were wonderful. The facility was clean and organized. The staff members were happy and appeared to be very attentive. My boy is clingy, but his teacher took him without an issue even as he cried. He was in great shape, playing outside when I came to pick him up. Everything was in his bag and his diaper was clean. They were fantastic, especially since we were in a lurch as our baby sitter cancelled on us with only three days notice. We'll use them again if we ever need emergency back-up care.

We LOVE our Blue Ash KinderCare facility. Clara is the absolute best -- she did our tour when we were on the verge of letting our private nanny go, which was such a stressful time for our family. Just a few days later she was able to promptly enroll my son and my nephew into the Toddler I class. They've been with Mrs. Mina and the Kinder Care family for a few months now and they are learning so much! I'm sometimes amazed at the words they know and things they recognize. Mrs. Mina and Ms. Pati care for each of the toddlers in their class like they are their own kids, they are loving and kind and patient. They work with the toddler in learning things that will prepare them for school, but beyond the typical classroom they teach the toddlers how to interact with other people in a polite and empathetic way. They foster creativity and let the class out to play (when the weather is nice) at least twice a day. Every morning each of the staff members we pass greats the boys, by name, and says hello to me -- something that I appreciate so much. They're communication, and care is really unmatched. I'm so happy to have found this center for our boys, and I'm so thankful for the care and love they receive each day. It isn't uncommon for both boys to ask for Mrs. Mina or Ms. Pati -- even on the weekends, they love their teachers! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a place to enroll their child 18mon+.

Love this place! My family has been going to this place for a year now. We have been trying to get our kids in for a couple of years but they are always overloaded and we see why. The staff that my family has interacted with is very welcoming. They are clean, organized and keep families up to date in a professional understanding manner. Very caring for the children's needs and feelings and they work very hard to satisfy, whether it is the children's comfortabulity or the parents need for a right hand when needed. They have my family covered!

I checked out about five other daycares before I found blue ash kindercare. It was like night and day walking into their facility compared to the rest. They go above any beyond for their kids. They are clean, loving, on point and very accommodating. We even chose our new house so that my son could stay there. I highly recommend this place!
