Kindercare Learning Center

There should be cameras for accountability regarding employees and kids. Because you can’t go back and deny what is on video. And at least the parents can see their children throughout the day. The current center director, Jennifer, is great and Mrs. Luly keeps the kids busy and active in a fun way. I would like to hear more reports from my child about kind acts from the teachers. My child has personally complained about at least two teachers being rude. You would think that all people that work with children want to be there and make a positive impact and environment for the kids, plus keeping them encouraged and engaged. Until that changes my review is 1 star.

Silverlake KinderCare has been amazing from the start. The director is incredible and so is the staff. My child has been attending since 7 weeks old and they are now 4 months. He always comes home happy and smiling. I can tell the caregivers adore all the kids. I am updated on what is going on and the teachers are very responsive to my concerns. I know my kid is in good hands at Silverlake KinderCare. Five stars all the way!

This center is amazing. Ms. Susan and everyone else in the infant room made my 3m old feel so loved and welcome from the moment we started there. Sadly, my daughter was only able to attend there for a couple of months as we had to move to a center closer to our home. But, I cannot recommend this daycare enough. Ms Jennifer and the other directors were great as well. Thank y'all for making the transition to daycare so easy.

My daughter has been going to this facility for almost a year now. She is two years old and had never been to daycare prior. She had always stayed with my mom while I went to work. We had some life changes and I needed to transition her childcare elsewhere. This was daunting and scary. You never know how to trust someone else with your child, but ALL of the staff at Kindercare in Silverlake make it easy. They will love your child like their own and keep you updated all day long. My daughter even asks me to "go to school" on the weekends! Jenn, JoJo, Bre, and Luly are some of the best members of the team, however, everyone is wonderful. I love this team so much and I look forward to sending all my kids here :-) Financially .. this was one of the best prices in Pearland for full time day care, JUST SAYIN.

My son started Silverlake Kindercare in early June and I decided to wait to review in order to do a thorough evaluation. In the beginning things were very much a challenge. My son wasn’t used to being away from home and also being surrounded by so many new faces. This was the first child we had that attended daycare/school and things started out quite rough. Four months later and I am GLAD that we decided to stick it out. I see so much progress with our son and how much he’s adapted to the environment. Silverlake Kindercare has become like family. I cannot thank Ms. Charlene enough and I can see the energy and effort she puts in to make sure the children are happy & safe! The job of a teacher is really underestimated and valued & this staff deserves all the praise. My daughter now attends and is also doing so good! I thank you to Ms. Charlene & the Discovery Preschool (2s) teacher and also the toddler teachers for the continuous effort, love & time that you ladies put towards my children. You have truly made a difference for this family and I look forward to seeing what this school year brings! I will give an updated review after my kids first year, but ultimately this school is promising!
