I was afraid brining my little one . Heard so many stories but I was surprised and could not be more grateful to Kindercare staff everyone is amazing ! Veronica is great and is loving ! My son is very timid and not great with strangers but he loves her and all the staff !
Absolutely DO NOT recommend this daycare. I enrolled my daughter here and by the fourth day, I immediately knew this was not a safe or healthy environment for her. When I picked her up, she looked completely emotionally drained, terrified, and like she had been crying for hours. During pick-up at nap time, she looked confused, scared, and anxious — nothing like her normal self. My daughter has been in daycare since she was a baby and has NEVER reacted like this anywhere else. Usually, she loves daycare and doesn’t want to leave. This place changed her demeanor within days. That’s a huge red flag. When I brought my concerns to the director, they brushed me off with some excuse about “adjustment issues” because her regular teacher wasn’t there. That’s a lazy, dismissive response. I know my child. This was not about adjustment. This was about how she was being treated when I wasn’t around. They clearly don’t prioritize children’s well-being here, and they definitely don’t take parents’ concerns seriously. If you care about your child’s mental health, don’t waste your time here. Find a daycare that actually cares
A lot of the Reviews are old and things have change. This KinderCare made the process easy to get my kids enrolled. Staff are very passionate about the kids. They allow kids so be kids. Professional across the board!! Grateful for their hours they are open. They are very supportive of the working families!!
I was a bit worried of putting my son in daycare and finding the right daycare for him. I CANNOT express how happy I am with the outcome of choosing Ontario kindercare for daycare. He has improved soooo much at home with everything! He's more social, he comes back with things he's learned, he seems happy every time I pick him up, they love him, they're understanding, and much more!!! Thank you to allll the staff that care for my son! Makes life easier for me to know he's in good hands.
