We recently moved from another country, and the team at Old Tappan KinderCare made the transition for our four-year-old daughter incredibly warm, pleasant, and welcoming. Starting in a new new environment can be challenging, but they helped her feel comfortable and safe from the very first day. The center’s director, Jessica, is exceptional — highly professional, caring, and always attentive to both the children and the parents. She creates a calm, supportive atmosphere that truly sets the tone for the entire center. The assistant director, Holly, is also wonderful. She is warm, approachable, and consistently goes out of her way to support families and ensure the classroom environment runs smoothly. Her kindness and attention to detail make a real difference. Our daughter’s teacher, Ms. Diana, has been amazing as well. She is patient, kind, and truly understands how to connect with children while helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Our daughter absolutely loves her and looks forward to school every day. We are extremely grateful for the thoughtful care, communication, and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommended for any family looking for a nurturing and high-quality Pre-K experience.
We loved this care center and were so sad to leave when we moved to the Midwest. Our son started in the Infant Room at 5 months old and his teachers and staff made our time there the most wonderful experience. They were supportive, informative, and kind - and felt like an extension of our family. You can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in, and that never changed. They truly care <3
The team here is incredible. My daughter is happy every day and I feel so confident in the care she receives daily. They communicate consistently about her eating, toileting, and sleep. There’s so much that we can say regarding the Old Tappan KinderCare, but I think we would run out of characters for the post. All of the workers are so pleasant and wonderful with our daughter. They’ve shown us that they truly care. The teachers And administrators welcomed us back with such a warmth after we had left for some time. There has been no other childcare facility that our family has trusted and found as reliable as this KinderCare location. Five stars falls short of detailing just how good they truly are!
Before moving to the area from out of state I did a virtual tour with Holly. Even via video she was so warm and welcoming. I knew that KinderCare OT would be the right place for us. Our family has moved across a few different states and have had experiences with quite a few daycares. I can easily say that this daycare, hands down, is the best we’ve ever had. So much so that I am already sad thinking about having to leave for Kindergarten in 1.5 years. Every staff member is friendly, attentive with the children and makes the environment both fun and educational. They all know and converse with my son and he never attended the school! What sticks out to me most is that each staff member addresses all parents by their name; it really shows that they take the time to get to know all of their families. I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful school and program.
