Only a one star because the director and co director were good. My daughter went here for two years and never enjoyed it. She would cry every single day at drop off. She also would tell me how much she dislikes it at school. Often run by teenagers and teachers with emotional issues. Had a teacher tell my daughter to “shut up”. The teachers pick and choose which students they like so if you have a strong willed child do NOT send them here cause they will be targeted by the staff. They have like 4 good teachers there the rest are terrible. SEND YOUR KID SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My daughter has been going to KinderCare for several years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this center! Every staff member greets you when you arrive and they are all so welcoming. The center director Francine is always there with a smile and a fun chat but most importantly always willing to help or answer any questions. Shannon makes sure all medical issues and medications are updated often and handled with proper care. My daughter absolutely adores her teachers Lindsay and Taylor because they are both amazing and “so fun” as she would say. My daughter won’t leave without giving both of them a big hug goodbye. My daughter tells me at least one new thing she learned that day and I love that they have a good curriculum in place. I would 100% recommend this center!

A Truly Amazing Daycare – Highly Recommended! I cannot say enough great things about this daycare! From the moment we enrolled a year ago, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member is warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Their smiles and positive energy create such a loving environment, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. Communication has been outstanding—they keep parents informed every step of the way, which made all the difference when we were initially nervous about the transition. They went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable, and I truly appreciate that effort. One of my favorite features is their app, which provides real-time updates on mealtime, potty breaks, activities, and even pictures throughout the day. It’s such a relief to be able to check in and see what my child is up to. I also love that they share any important updates for the upcoming weeks, keeping parents fully in the loop. Getting daily pictures truly reassures me that my child is happy, engaged, and well cared for. On top of that, the kids are always engaged in exciting, creative activities, and it’s clear that the program is run professionally. Management is very involved, ensuring everything operates smoothly. We have been here for a year now and plan to stay until our kids age out of the program. If you’re a parent looking for a daycare that is not only well-organized but also full of warmth and care, I would highly recommend this one without hesitation!

My kids LOVE it here! This is my daughter’s first daycare and my son’s third, like someone else said, third times the charm. I’ve had so many issues with the last two but absolutely none with KinderCare. Communication is great, teachers are AMAZING. Administration is always on point and very friendly. Building is very secure and I feel safe having my kids there. They’re building strong relationships, learning so much and having fun! Highly recommend.

We love Kindercare North Billerica! Every staff member is so nice and has been so accommodating. We love Miss Shannon and Miss Bella in the infants room, and all the other staff that works in there! They update us throughout the day on how our daughter is doing and often upload pictures that we share with our families! The price is reasonable and they are more flexible than other daycares we toured with amount of days enrolled and scheduling changes. Couldn't recommend this daycare more!
