What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise this KinderCare location for its caring, attentive teachers and engaged leadership team (Directors Jenna and Katryna). The center offers a strong curriculum, frequent communication with parents via app and daily updates, and regular events. One parent noted significant past challenges including COVID issues, teacher shortages, and a flood, but reports substantial improvement over the past year.
My one year old son has been going to KinderCare since he was 5 months old. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience so far. The curriculum is wonderful from painting to reading to singing to sensory projects, we feel our son is learning new skills every day. The teachers and directors are kind and attentive. They are wonderful about communicating with you throughout the day and keep you updated on everything that is going on. They also have fun events throughout the year that both the kiddos and parents can participate in. I can't recommend them enough.
My daughter has been in a couple of different Kindercare from Texas to Massachusetts and this Kindercare was by far the best and my absolute favorite , from her wonderful and attentive teachers Jazmine and Jessica to the amazing director Jenna that was always accessible understanding and helpful . I adore everyone at this place and would absolutely recommend them .
We enrolled our son when he was 11 months old, after attending the Kindercare at TJX in Framingham from 8-10 months old. We loved the Framingham location so much but moved closer to family in this area. Our Director in Framingham recommended the North Andover (Chickering Rd) location. We have not been disappointed! We were initially a little concerned with the "open concept" of the toddler and mutli-age spaces (half height walls and doors instead of closed rooms), and we asked if it would be loud and overstimulating for the kids, but having seen it in practice, we have no further concerns. The infant rooms, where he was until 15 months, are the only fully closed spaces in the building, aside from staff areas/areas children wouldn't be. Communication regarding staff or kid sickness in the building has been great, it's unavoidable that illnesses go around, but it's good that it's in a timely manner. The teachers are so caring, and they really love our son. Now that he's talking, he is saying his teachers names in the morning when we're on the way to school. Not only does he love his teachers, but the Director and Assistant Director are incredibly hands on. Just this morning, he held Jenna's hand when she walked him into his classroom to read a book, and he has run over to Katryna to give her a hug before leaving at the end of the day. We have never felt like we couldn't ask them questions, and get compassionate, quality answers. We love the events they put on too! We loved the Easter egg hunt and all the summer events! I had forgotten about the Touch a Truck they did until I saw the photos on the app :) Which, the app is super simple to use. I feel like the infant team has more time to upload photos since the babies nap 2-3 typically, but the toddler team usually uploads photos at least once during naptime. You always get food and diaper changes notifications within like 20-30 minutes, so you already know how much they've eaten. We have also recommended to our other friends that we've had 2/2 good experiences with Kindercare as new parents. Really happy with our decision!
Incredibly caring and supportive teachers that just genuinely love your child and care deeply about their learning and growth. I have sent both of my daughters to this Kindercare and have had extremely positive experiences with the directors and teachers. They are extremely communicative, professional, and kind.
I'm so impressed with my son's teacher, Ms. Karolina. She's doing amazing and I love that he's able to experience what a real preschool room should be like. My children have gone here for a few years and we've had no issues! Jenna and Katrina are doing fabulous and show how much they care for both the children and their staff.
