Kindercare Learning Center

I’m writing this review out of genuine concern, as the ongoing instability and internal issues at this KinderCare location have become impossible to ignore. There is a constant sense of drama and dysfunction that directly affects families and children. The center seems to close far more often than is reasonable, usually with little notice, making it incredibly difficult for working families who rely on consistent childcare. Reliability is one of the most important aspects of early childhood education, and unfortunately this has not been the case here. Another major concern is the inability to retain strong, experienced teachers. Many caring and capable staff members leave, while turnover remains extremely high across both teaching staff and leadership. Children are frequently forced to adjust to new caregivers, which disrupts routine and emotional security. The revolving door of directors and staff points to deeper management issues that do not appear to be addressed. District-level leadership has also been disappointing. Communication feels dismissive, and concerns raised by staff and families do not seem to be taken seriously. There have been multiple instances where actions or decisions felt unfair, inconsistent, or biased toward certain individuals, which has contributed to low morale and a hostile environment. Even the perception of bias in leadership is damaging, and this issue deserves immediate attention. Overall, this center does not reflect the standards families expect when choosing a large childcare organization like KinderCare. Until there is stable leadership, respectful communication, accountability, and a serious effort to support and retain quality teachers, I cannot recommend this location. Families deserve transparency, consistency, and an environment where both children and staff feel respected and valued.

I have one son who is 2 ½ years old, and he started attending KinderCare in Nashua this past May. As this is my very first daycare experience, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The teachers and staff have been nothing but wonderful—always welcoming, kind, and attentive. Every morning, they greet my son by name, which makes us both feel like part of a family. I am so thankful for the care, support, and learning environment they provide, and I look forward to watching my son continue to grow and thrive here.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience at KinderCare this summer! My little one adjusted so well to the program, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she always felt included, supported, and welcomed. The activities and family engagement events have been wonderful and made us feel truly connected. KinderCare has been such a blessing, giving my little one a fun, safe, and nurturing place to grow and make friends. I feel confident that she’s ready for the new school year thanks to the positive experience she had here. I would highly recommend KinderCare to any family looking for a caring and enriching environment for their child.

Since the moment my twins started kindercare i have nothing but amazing things to say. They care, they’re informative and very involved with their families. On many occasions where ive need help cried to the director and with open arms she welcomes me, shes there for me in any way she can be. All the staff ate friendly and welcoming. Maria and Bridgett thanks for all you do for my boys. I love the center, staff, and director. I feel safe, i feel heard as a parent and my boys are always happy. Thats a win in my book.

Our daughter has attended this Kindercare location for two and a half years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she’s received. Every teacher knows our daughter by name, whether she’s been in their classroom or not. The teachers all create loving, colorful and educational environments that encourage learning through fun. The center’s director, Karolina goes out of her way to organize fun family activities like cookouts, holiday gatherings and trunk-or-treat events that bring the community together. She’s also been there to support our family during hard times because she’s just a kind person who loves her families. Sending your baby to daycare for the first time is scary, but from day one we’ve known she’s safe, cared for and loved by everyone here.
