Kindercare Learning Center - Morris

This center is absolutely the worst daycare i ever sent my kids too. The center director Lisa doesn’t speak to anyone you have to speak to her first! She literally sits in her office with her daughter trinity who is supposed to be teaching but seems like they all in the office with her baby all day in the dark. They only do 1 activity a day then post on their site then the rest of the day looking an iPad with over 15 students. They cannot keep any staff there they always short staffed because everyone quits and say how unorganized they are. Also if they have activities the center director Lisa will text you that day after you drop your kids off that they will be having water day that’s how you find out if it’s extra activities. There is no weekly or monthly schedule just a mess! The center director Lisa told me after 2 years my son been going there she never received his medical forms and couldn’t come back, but he’s been there for 2 years now she wants to say something because the state board was coming in and she told me, she’s not getting an point. They overcharged my account and i have vouchers and the center director boss never called me back to get rid of the late fees. They don’t have an cook the director Lisa is the cook! And the director Lisa will order fast food for her and her daughter trinity and eat in front of the kids!

Bittersweet My daughter started going to Kindercare at the age of 2, sad it’s her last 2 weeks at the daycare but she has learned a lot and it’s time for kindergarten.. I would like to say thank you to the staff for helping, loving, and taking care of my daughter as their own. There’s been plenty days where I would drop my daughter off she would cry Ms. Lisa or other staff would comfort her until she calm down. I really appreciate Ms. Lisa for everything she’s done for myself. She’s a very sweet person, over the years she’s been the coordinator I’ve observed she really love all her center kids, she make sure they’re safe, she give them that safe space to be themselves and express themselves. She’s also very active around the center she make sure every last room is cleaned and sanitized for the following day. Thank you so much ❤️

I love the staff there they work really well together and with you and your kids. It’s a safe loving environment and they keep a great relationship with the parents. Great facility 10/10 would recommend

My child has been going here since 2022. We love the staff and Ms. Keisha. We are so sad that is she leaving and she will be missed. I hope KinderCare knows that they are losing a gem and I wish that we could keep her. We don’t like change and we are worried for the center once she leaves but she keeps telling us to be positive. This center has done a 180 since she took over. The world need more people like Ms. Keisha and her staff.

They're like a second family to us! I greatly appreciate the scheduling flexibility they've provided and I know that when my daughter is there that she is loved and cared for. The crafts and activities are educational and so cute! I've recommended this facility to all of my friends who are just starting their own families.
