What Parents Say
KinderCare Learning Center in Monona receives overwhelmingly positive reviews, with parents praising the warm, caring staff, strong teacher-child relationships, and effective communication. However, two recent reviews raise concerns about staffing ratios in the 3-year-old classroom and the center's preparedness to support children with autism spectrum disorder.
I live how they treat my Daughter and the rest of the children that goes to their preschool/daycare and they are always sharing with they have done throughout their school day and very respectful
My son has been attending the Monona KinderCare center since was about 6 months old. They have been completely wonderful to work with. The teachers that he has very clearly care about him and his well-being. I plan on having him stay in her care until he goes to kindergarten. We did have one issue with another child who was aggressive towards my son. The director and teachers were incredibly responsive. Not only did they move my son to a different classroom, they also worked with the student that was struggling. I was really happy with the response.
Our experience with KinderCare in Monona absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we enrolled our child, we knew we had made the right choice. The staff is incredible – they are not only professional but also warm and caring. It's evident that they genuinely love what they do. Our child has formed strong bonds with the caregivers, and it's heartwarming to see the genuine affection they have for each other. The facility is well-maintained, ensuring a safe and clean environment for the children. Communication through the daily app and in person with the staff is seamles. They are always available to discuss our child's progress and any concerns we may have. The regular updates keep us in the loop, making us feel like an integral part of our child's daycare experience.
I'm sure this is a good daycare for older kids because they get to run wild and they need less staff. The 3 year old room has wayyyyyy to many kids and not enough staff. My 3 year is on the spectrum and this was the worse daycare decision ever. They tried but they just aren't trained to handle kids that are different. My son became more violent at home and at daycare, he was stressed out because he was so overwhelmed. He had a neck injury from daycare and noone knew what happened 😭. There were no cameras in the class, so I was unable to see what happened to my child. Needless to say I took him out and he is in a smaller more accommodating childcare facility. I hope Kindercare as a franchise train their staff better and lower the ratio of children to teachers, in the future
I love most of the staff. They have helped my daughter succeed in ways that are unbelievable. The director is very easy to work with. They are very understanding and they treat my daughter so good. We have been dealing with them for a little over 2 years and I want my daughter to stay here until she doesn't have to. They are a business but also a family which I love.
