Kindercare Learning Center

Our 2-year old has been at KinderCare in Livonia since he was 16 weeks old, and he loves it! We feel very confident sending him there. He recently started going back after an extended break due to COVID-19, and he was so happy to return and had a great day! The staff are always so willing to communicate with us, and they use an app to send photos, videos, and other updates throughout the day. I truly feel like they care about my son and his safety and progress. We have been very happy, and will be sending our newest addition there in a few months as well.

My son has been at this daycare since he was 9 months old and he's 4.5 now. He loves it there! The place is always clean and they take really good care of the kids. Before the pandemic, I loved going in to pick up my son and talk to his teachers and the kids. Since the pandemic started, we can't do that anymore but the teachers are still available for communication during pick up and drop off. They use an app to communicate further with us and I love that aspect. It's great to see what my son does during the day. Ms. Dawn and Ms. Tonya are great at the front end of things and also great great people who care about the kids and parents. Ms. Tracy and Ms. Iman are his current teachers and my son loves them. They are so patient and they care a lot about his success. And his previous teachers, Ms. Crystal and Ms. Katie are great too. We could not be more thankful for the great care everyone provides to our son when he's there.

We could not have chosen a better place to take my son. He started here at 7 weeks old about three weeks before covid came to Michigan. The teachers were very responsive and friendly. They keep us updated throughout the day on the kindercare app with pictures, meals, and diaper changes. It's very easy to call or send messages with questions or concerns. Now with all of the new covid rules, I can tell they are keeping up with their cleaning regimen because my son hasn't even came home with the sniffles.

My 2 year old son has been attending Kindercare in Livonia for nearly 1 year now, and we absolutely love it! He has learned so much, from his letters, to his colors, social skills - including his manners (thank you, you're welcome, bless you), sharing (which is a blessing since he is an only child), fine motor skills like holding crayons/paint brushes and forks/spoons, and the list goes on and on. The toddler room is just absolutely adorable with photos of the children doing their activities all over. So much room for play, with so many options of what to do. I love their daily activities with art, water, etc. My son absolutely loves going, and would sometimes rather not leave. Both my husband and I work full time, and are both considered essential, so knowing that he is learning so much at the center allows us to focus on mostly the fun at home. I am also grateful that they have staff to focus on the 3rd party payments that we rely on. Having to just sign my name on a sheet of paper 1x a month is such a weight off our shoulders. My son attended a different daycare before where we were solely responsible in making sure that was taken care of, and it can be a lot of work. Lastly, what the center has done to accommodate all things Covid is amazing! I do miss being able to pick my son up from the classroom, but safety comes first. And they are accomplishing that is spades. One more thing.. THE APP! I am obsessed. I love not only getting updates on my son throughout the day, but the photos and videos warm my heart every time I get one. I love seeing what he is up to, and then again showing him at the end of the day and talking about it. The staff at Kindercare - Ms. Dawn, Ms. Tanya, Ms. Krystal, and everybody else (I am sorry, I'm terrible with names) - have been amazing. They've become such a huge part of my son's life, and we are forever grateful.

We have been with KinderCare for 3 years. All of the teachers are professional and patient with the children. Since the virus started they have taken every precaution and made our family feel safe. I’m not worried about taking my children here because they are clean. They continue to stay in touch with the families if there is an illness or incident that occurs during the day. I recommend this center to everyone! They are like family!
