Kindercare Learning Center

My experience with this KinderCare was unacceptable from start to finish. After only three days of attendance, my child ended up sick, and the lack of professionalism from the staff and director made the situation even worse. When my brother-in-law went to pick up my son’s belongings, the director didn’t bother to ask a single question—no concern, no acknowledgment, nothing. She simply handed him a random bundle of diapers that didn’t even match what they had been logging in the app. The number and type of diapers returned made it obvious that the diaper-change reports were inaccurate at best, completely fabricated at worst. A teacher told me my son wet himself and his sleep sack, yet what they logged in the app makes that impossible, especially considering the high-quality diapers we provide. The contradictions are alarming and show either carelessness or dishonesty. I also emailed the center after my child contracted a virus there—no response, no follow-up, no accountability. For a childcare center responsible for infants and toddlers, ignoring a parent’s health concern is beyond unprofessional. To make matters worse, I saw a child with visibly runny nose in the classroom, even though the center claims they send kids home for symptoms like that. Clearly, their own policies are not being followed. Based on what I witnessed—negligence, poor communication, and clear inconsistencies—I cannot trust this center with my child’s wellbeing. I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before enrolling here.

Don’t send your kid here. My son has been there for 6 weeks and has Covid, 2 ear infections, and RSV. This place is a disaster. The director and I guess assistant director (?) are NPC’s with zero communication skills, you don’t get email responses back for 2+ weeks…Do not send your child to this facility

We are two weeks into our baby girl being at KinderCare & things have been going great! She seems so happy at drop off & pick up everyday. Miss Alyssa & Miss Amber in the infant room have been so amazing, they keep us updated multiple times a day through the app with photos, care updates, & notes about the fun things the infant class has done for the day. I was very nervous at first about sending my baby girl to daycare, but it has been the best experience so far at KinderCare and she is already learning so much. I couldn’t be happier with our daycare choice!

We have been enrolled at KinderCare for a few weeks now and so far everything is going great. The teachers have been so welcoming and make me feel comfortable dropping off my little one everyday. In addition, management is always friendly and willing to address any concerns. I was nervous after looking at the ocfs website about a few recent violations but I was ensured that it’s just a hiccup and everything is being addressed and fixed.

We have felt so welcome since day one, like we were joining a big family. Their infant program is great and we could not ask for better or more caring teachers. Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Amber are the best! Our daughter gets so excited everyday to see them and has learned so much in her time with them. Their communication is fantastic. We love getting updates and pictures of our daughter everyday, it really puts you at ease when you can trust that your child is being cared for.
