I cannot say enough good things about the Indian Harbour Beach KinderCare! The staff is friendly, compassionate and truly care about each of the children there. Their communication is top notch and allows me to have peace of mind throughout the day. They’ve adjusted their policies and procedures flawlessly to deal with the pandemic, while still creating an atmosphere for the children to thrive.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to KinderCare Indian Harbour Beach. Her transition from an at home babysitter (for 3 years) to preschool and now VPK was so easy. The staff is fabulous. I could not be happier with my decision for enrolling my daughter here!

We have been going to KinderCare for about a year and have very much enjoyed our experience. We love that this center has very infrequent closures for holidays which is very useful for two full time working parents. Also the teachers and managers are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our child always seems very happy and well cared for every day we pick her up.

We love IHB KinderCare. They are trustworthy, conscientious, have wonderful and long standing team members, and the kids love going there. Since COVID they have added lots of new policies and procedures to protect the kids and it has worked... the kids are healthier than pre-COVID. I would definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this Daycare! My daughter started here when she was 9 weeks old. She has been there for about 5 weeks now. Because she is my third, I have a lot of daycare experience and I knew what I was looking for in a center. I toured 5 other facilities before I settled on this one, even though it was the furthest from my home or work. The Directors, Nancy and Cherrie, are positive, helpful, and responsive. They exude passion and commitment for their staff and students. Before she started, I was able to call the center and talk to the teachers in the infant room. They talked me through her schedules, their policies, and what to expect. They reassured me in so many ways, and never got frustrated when I would call multiple times with questions. I knew even before she started that the staff here cared for my baby as an individual. They have always been professional and kind. I have never once encountered an unhappy or unfriendly staff member at this facility. The first week was rough on me, but not on my baby. The staff made sure she had a seamless transition. They asked questions about her preferences and schedules and made sure to keep her comfortable and happy. I, of course, was a wreck. I called them to check in on her at least 3x a day for the first week. Every time I called, regardless of how many times I called, they answered the phone and happily gave me a report on my sweet girl. They have an app where they update her fluids, diapers, and sleep in real-time. The app is an incredibly valuable tool and I rely on it heavily to know what is happening with my baby. I receive at least 2 pictures a day of my baby and she is always smiling! She's never upset when I drop her off or pick her up. No matter who comes out in the morning to get her, they always talk so sweet to her. It is clear that every staff member at this center loves and cares for these kids like they are their children. I can't say enough good things about the infant room teachers Angela, Leslie, and Carol. They are true baby whisperers. Since my baby started here she is sleeping better, has a better routine, and fusses less. They keep me updated on her progress, needs, and moods. These women have my trust, confidence, and adoration. The center takes every health precaution to protect its staff and students. I have never seen an employee without a proper fit and worn mask, an individual enter the building without a temp check, or any other unsanitary practice. Infant linens are washed by the center daily and I had the chance to observe the sanitization practices on my tour. I had absolutely no concerns about the health of my newborn when I walked through this facility. Child care is so expensive these days, but I feel like I am getting a steal at this center. My daughter's formula is included with our cost. Honestly, I would pay much more to have my daughter at this center than I do. Indian Harbor Kinder Care has become a second home for my daughter, and I will be keeping her here until she starts school.
