My experience with this daycare has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, the entire staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. As a parent, one of the most important things to me is knowing that my child is in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment—and this daycare has truly provided that and more. My son began attending when he was 2 years old, and as a child who had not previously been in a daycare setting, the transition could have been challenging. He wasn’t used to being around so many children at once, and the new environment—with all its sights, sounds, and routines—was understandably overwhelming at first. However, his teachers handled this adjustment period with such genuine care and compassion. They gave him the space he needed to acclimate while offering constant reassurance and gentle guidance. Over time, I’ve seen my son grow more comfortable, confident, and engaged. He absolutely loves his teachers and talks about them often at home. It’s clear to me that he feels secure and happy in their care, which means everything to me as a parent. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for their patience, professionalism, and heartfelt dedication to the children they care for. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent seeking a warm, supportive, and high-quality early childhood education experience.

Definitely recommend Kindercare on Norton Road. My child looks forward to going to school everyday! He loves the teachers and playing with friends. Anything from circle time to crafts to playing on the playground, is a favorite. I love that their app keeps you updated on their day and even sends pictures. I can’t say enough great things about Norton KinderCare! The environment is warm, welcoming, and truly focused on the well-being and development of each child. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the staff genuinely cares. I want to give a special shoutout to our center director, Veronica. Her leadership is truly inspiring. She’s not only professional and organized, but also incredibly supportive and approachable. Veronica goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere for both the staff and families. The staff is always attentive to our child’s needs and helpful in so many ways. Additionally the staff is great to work with when doing attendance log in, even when I have clearly forgotten to enter our proper date and times on their attendance software. The location always seems to be clean and secure and the entry to the facility is password protected.

My kid has been going there for the past 3 years. I truly love them. They made the process so much easier when we first started going there. My kid loves them & has continued to learn both English & Spanish. They give me a peace of mind
