Our daughter has been at KinderCare Alvarado for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. We initially worried about transitioning from a home-based daycare, fearing she might not receive the same individual attention—but those fears were quickly put to rest. Since starting here, her social skills, communication, and overall learning and development have improved so much. We’ve always believed the true measure of a great daycare is simple: our daughter is excited to go to school and is happy at pickup, we see healthy growth, and know that the leadership team is open and responsive. KinderCare Alvarado hits all those marks!
They are good. Teachers are very helpful and track with kids education process. They will communicate with me for any kids distraction and ask me to work with kids at home. 4 stars are because the sickness. My daughter gets sick all the time in this day care. I think it is normal that all kids will have this experience but when I send my little one to another day care, she seldom gets sick. And my elder daughter also had very limited sickness in her new school. Then I realize this kinder-care may have issue for cleanliness or daily routine handwashing, cleaning, temperature controlling… etc. it is not happy for busy parents to take care of sick kids at home all the time
Both my children have gone to Alvarado Kindercare (my youngest from when she was 5 months old until now - 3 years), and we have only great things to say about this childcare center/preschool. The teachers/caregivers are not only professional (they take their curriculum seriously!), but they love working with the children. I am grateful for the tools the curriculum has given to my son to be public school ready. The center is clean, organized, and well run. These are small details, but make a difference in my opinion. Bonus, they provide healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks so I don't have to worry about packing food. Extra bonus, they helped to potty train my kids!
KinderCare Alvarado is by far the best decision we made for our child. After trying various other options in the area, this place was our last hope. My only regret is not choosing them sooner! The teachers, staff and administration look after my child with so much care and attention that I don’t worry about them throughout the day. I know my kid will come home happy and thriving. Their platform, daily updates including pictures of activities keeps my mind at ease during school hours and honestly the teachers/staff make sure I stay on top of my kids schedule at school and at home. Their tips/advice have been a game changer in helping ease the daily chaos/hustle bustle of helping our children get on to an adult’s schedule. Don’t hesitate to book them before the school fills up. You won’t regret it! I’m sad my kid will be graduating soon for kindergarten, but I am happy KinderCare has made such a positive impact on to my kid’s life and our whole family.
My daughter went to Alvarado KinderCare since she was 5m until she enrolled in TK. Throughout the 4 years journey, I truly appreciate all teachers in the facility. I see how much they care, educate, and play with all of the kids. Even with Covid in the first 2 years, they did such a good job that I never worried about getting sick. My daughter had a wonderful time here. If anyone asks me for early childhood care and education, I will 100% recommend this facility.
