We’re very happy with our experience at Kindercare in Walpole! Our daughter has been going for almost 2.5 years, and loves it! We have absolutely loved our experience with KinderCare Walpole. Both our children attend and have been a part of the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. I cannot say enough great things about the teachers- they are fantastic. Both our kids talk about their teachers constantly and run into the building each morning excited to see them. They are fun, enthusiastic, plan engaging activities and lessons, and really get to know each child on a personal level. Robyn and Miranda are also great with communication and always check in with us, and we've met some other great families through center activities and playdates. I would highly recommend this center-- we love our KinderCare Walpole family!
I’m new to Walpole and currently have a social worker helping me integrate into the community. She called this center to ask about enrolling my 4-year-old son, and unfortunately, the response she received was very disappointing. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and immediately assumed that because someone else was calling for me, I didn’t speak English. She even asked my social worker directly if I spoke the language, without explaining the enrollment process at all. The way she asked questions about my language was insensitive and completely inappropriate. This kind of attitude felt discriminatory, and it made me worry about how my son and I might be treated there just because of a language barrier. I would not feel comfortable leaving my child at a center where the staff shows such prejudice. A very sad and concerning experience.
KinderCare Walpole has been an amazing experience for our daughter and for us as first time parents. They are courteous, warm, friendly, communicative, fun and patient. The staff have been so supportive to us and we know our daughter is in kind and caring hands every day. It has not been easy for anyone with COVID and KinderCare has done an excellent job keeping everyone safe and keeping important policies and procedures updated and in place. We can definitely see ourselves staying in the KinderCare family for years to come and would especially recommend Walpole KinderCare to any family.
Our daughter went here from 9 months to 2 years ( until we had to move ) - and we loved our experience. She learned so much and you could tell all the teachers genuinely cared. My daughter loved her teachers and would come home everyday signing songs and telling us new things. Easy and quick communication with the staff and director. Updates and photos through the app really help you to enjoy being apart of your child’s learning journey!
