⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The team at KinderCare in Draper is so lovely and kind—they love my son so big! As a working mom, their app gives me total peace of mind: they post photos regularly and keep me updated on his day and activities, so I always know he’s happy and thriving. Their warm communication and genuine care make drop-offs easy. I’m so grateful we found them and highly recommend!
Keep your kids safe and healthy. Keep them at another center!! There is no illness management. If parents do not keep their children home with a fever or infection which many don't here, the director does not make them go home, resulting in illness spreading. in addition, when employees get sick the director REGULARLY has them making the food for the children (lunch and snack) just last week, snack was late because and employee was physically ill in the bathroom (vomiting) while she was supposed to be making the food, she still made it... Also, Pink eye is contagious for as long as there are symptoms even with treatment (5-14 days!!!) and after contracting pink eye FROM the facility, the director Joni tried to force an employee to come in to work so that she could have the day off. I would not want my child to be taught by someone with active pink eye, I'd rather the director fullfil their duties and cover their class so they can return without an active infection. Apart from these specific cases this past WEEK, multiple times a month there are outbreaks of illness, FAR more than a normal school /daycare due to the lack of management. Joni the director needs to give the teachers BACK the thermometers so they can make sure their kids do not have fevers, and stop parents from bringing kids back to school who were vomiting and had diarrhea the day prior! Common practice for a daycares basic operation!! Thank you Also can confirm the other mother's previous review - this company MASSIVELY underpays it's employees for how it treats them and how dedicated they are to these kiddos, and how much they charge parents. If the management got it together they'd have a great team but turn over is high here because no one can afford to stay at that pay without additional finincial support. They were not investing that money into new toys for the kids with the previous director, and it's still not going to employees, so not sure why it's so expensive for parents!
We love KinderCare and we feel so fortunate to have found it when we needed childcare. Our toddler has been going here for almost 6 months and loves it! The director, Stephanie, is very hands on and involved, which we greatly appreciate. She gives personalized attention to our child and is responsive and communicative always. Her teachers, Jorene and Sukanya, have also been amazing. They send regular updates with photos and narratives on the app throughout the day. They feed her varied and balanced meals and snacks throughout the day. We are so grateful for them!!
My son was going to Kinder Care in Draper for several months. He was always treated very well, staff was very kind, supportive, communicative and compassionate. Even when my son received an Autism diagnosis I did not feel he was mistreated. He was still going there until I found a more appropriate preschool. Thank you for being part of my son's growth. I recommended it 100%
My daughter has been going to KinderCare in Draper for a year now. I have always felt that the teachers and directors truly care about her. In June there was a change in directors. It's always scary when there is a change in management, but I have been thrilled with the change. I was never unhappy before, but since Karen and Alysha have taken over as director and assistant director I have noticed improvements in the center. The staff always greets my daughter with a big smile at drop off and a sweet goodbye at pick up. KinderCare has an app that they use to provide updates about my daughter's day. Most days I get a picture or a video of my daughter enjoying her time there and participating in fun activities. They also really helped with potty training which was wonderful! Thanks, KinderCare in Draper!
