I was that parent that would move their kids out of a daycare within a twinkle of an eye because they found something wrong with it, but I can honestly say that bringing my kids here has given me a sense of peace. I don’t go to work wondering if my kids are okay because I know they are. Just an FYI just because a daycare has the fanciest building and things does not mean they will take good care of your child- pay close attention to the teachers. The teachers here are amazing, they treat all the kids like family. We have Ms Lynell, the Mama Bear who is always looking out for all the children at the entire daycare. I see how the teachers in the infant and the other toddler rooms pay attention to the kids. Ms Precious, my current Kids’ teacher is also doing amazing work with them- my youngest daughter is always saying wonderful things about her. Can’t forget about Ms April, our Assistant Director for holding down the fort in between transitions for a new Director, you were always there to answer any question I had and you gave all the parents hope that everything would be okay- we see you 🥰. The new director is AMAZING!!! I never knew what a difference a daycare Director could make until Ms Audri showed up. There is a Calm and Positive energy in the atmosphere. She is such a polite and respectful human being. Even when she’s on the phone and you walk in, she takes a second to acknowledge your presence, smiles and says “Hello”. Great Teachers plus Amazing Director equals the best place you want your kids to be. My kids are happy here and I recommend it to anyone looking for safe place for their kids.

My name is Samantha, I have 2 kids at this daycare. And I Am really furious about everything that is going on specially this time where my baby bottle is missing. 1) It’s been a while where everytime when I come to pick them up, my 9 months old baby bottle is nowhere to be found and I have to wait for at least 15 to 20 mins for them to look it for me. But this time, it has gone too far where It is really missing and I only have 2 bottles for her meaning that tomorrow when I bring her to the daycare she will not have enough milk to drink. And they are lack of communication and charting the amount of formula she drinks. Because I need to know how much she drinks or eats. 2) I don’t like at all the lack of care they are giving the baby. When I pick her up, I would find her with dirty clothes, wet or dirty diaper on, even though I always bring extra clothes and extra diapers for her. 3) Also, for the toddler she is 3 years old, everytime I drop her each morning , the won’t check her in the app not until I called after an hour or so for them to do so. And I think that’s ridiculous. I just wished that things would be different there for the sake of the kids and that the teachers would be more professional and more caring. Thank you!

When I first brought my son here a year ago it was a very welcoming place and I felt comfortable leaving him. I adored the teachers and the center director and assistant center director. My son went from being basically non verbal to counting to 15 and saying all of his colors and saying 2 word sentences. His teacher is absolutely amazing! He even had a situation happen and they were quick to notify me and get him the help he needed quickly. Sadly the original center director left and was replaced by Irma and this was the ultimate reason behind my choosing to leave the center. Those teachers and our kids deserve a better center director. She also needs more training in customer service and to learn to take a breath and listen to people before she starts speaking and disrespecting parents. I am thankful for my sons teacher and all of the other teachers at this center since they all had a helping hand with my son, and the assistant director does her best to keep things afloat. But they need a new center director ASAP!

As soon as Ms.Audri took over the daycare everything has so smooth. I’m now getting alerts about what’s going on. My nieces loves her. And I appreciate her. Then you have Ms.April man I love her my nieces does too. The last lady Ms. Irma that was in charge I didn’t care for her. She was a very rude lady. But these two are awesome.

The teachers are wonderful however who is actually running this place. My questions goes unanswered and I’m sick of the lack of communication. Please make Ms Lynel the center director she is the only one there trying to get our unanswered questions answered. It’s ridiculous i been trying to get my account fix since the summer time it’s about to be the summer time again.
