What Parents Say
Reviews are polarized with five 5-star ratings praising staff warmth, communication, cleanliness, and curriculum, but four 1-star ratings citing serious concerns including inadequate diaper changes, lack of supervision leading to child injuries, illness management failures, and unsafe transportation practices.
I have been here with my three children for I can't tell you how long it has been nothing but the best experience Best opportunity we have ever had. The teachers are so dependable loving and caring. I like how we get updates on our kids on what they ate how many times they use the restroom etc I love the pictures I get everyday of what the kids do or what they're doing for their activity. I would recommend Delhi Kinder care to anyone! Hands down the best ๐ they feel like family and The communication that we have is phenomenal !
Completely echo the concerns from another recent review regarding two specific teachers. Beyond that though, if you decide to enroll here, note that it is not uncommon to be told with less than 12 hours notice that your child's class will be closed. Hopefully your employer will meet you with grace for these issues. Furthermore, despite a teacher yelling out "[name] your parent is here, GO!" absolutely check their locker everyday, or you're liable to find moldy dirty clothing inside that can't be salvaged (with no notice within the app). Oh, and label everything, because nap time bedding can easily come up missing. Also, not all the teachers have time to assist children that are not fully potty trained, so be prepared to pick or soak off dried fecal matter from your children's genitals before sores develop. Speaking of sores, there has been a recent wave of hand foot and mouth disease going through the facility. It was several days before official notification of the first confirmed case. As expected, additional cases have been reported and it does not seem to be managed effectively. But then again how would you expect to minimize the spread of communicable diseases when you're making toddlers clean up body fluids and solid waste themselves!? If your child has special needs, is hyperactive, or is not a good napper, be prepared for some challenging days ahead, because no care or concern will be taken to mitigate the issues or minimize triggers. Despite an outward expression of positivity, optimism, and compassion from management, this is not the environment or attitude of the facility as a whole.
Unmatched communication, security, cleanliness & curriculum. Itโs my 3 year olds first week and he is loving it here!! The diversity of children at this center is phenomenal and has given my boy an opportunity to learn the importance of how to treat other children from different backgrounds and with different abilities. Although my son has no special needs, I have seen first hand the care and comfort the teachers provide for these children making it possible for them to feel welcomed and accepted in such a high stimulated environment. He has already made many friends and loves his teachers. My 8month old will be starting soon and weโre very excited to see them both thrive and develop new fundamentals.
My son was 5-months-old when he joined the infant room at Delhi KinderCare. The infant care team is exceptional. Warm, kind, patient, and reassuring. Teressa listens to parents and cares about their feedback. She works hard to support her families and it shows.
My 4 kids went there and hated it. I called the state on them because several times my son was left in the same diaper for 9-11 hours. I observed one particular teacher who was in charge not watch the children and children get hurt (1 of them being mine!) on 2 occasions. I could go on and on. Would not recommend.
