If I could give zero stars , I most definitely would. Do not bring your children to this establishment. A friend of mine’s son was left outside, unattended unsupervised, and the staff made the choice to keep this from his mother. everyone Was aware that her toddler was left outside unattended. However, they chose to keep this from my friend. She only recently found out that this situation even occurred from several teachers after she decided to move her her children elsewhere. My friend reach out to the district leader Andrea White. And Andrea white blatant disregard and dismissive response for this situation is appalling. Andrea White was made aware of the situation immediately and she also choose to keep this pertinent information. From my friend, there is no excuse for this type of behavior. It is my hope that others will see this and refrain from taking their children to this establishment. Safety is not their priority. The best interest of the children is also not their priority.

I want to leave this review so that other parents are aware of the issue I had with staff recently. I only know this to be with school age class and I am unaware of any other students. My son let me know after pickup that he and another school aged kid (by the name of Liam) had to clean urine off the floors and feces off the walls. I called to ask the assistant director if this was true and she tried to make it seem like this was normal and the kids volunteered to help all the time and can say no. These are children. They don’t know that this is something a custodial crew and teachers are suppose to be doing. I’ve worked for Kindercare before, I know for a fact that this is not something they make kids do. Pick up toys and clean up after themselves, yes. Even helping with lunch time is okay. But making the kids scrub the floors and walls that have bodily secretions from all the children is absolutely disgusting.Any teacher or front office staff should be fired for allowing this and never work in childcare again. As they think our kids are there to do things they are too lazy to do. I’m hoping this gets back to the parents of the child, as his mother deserves to know. Do not send your children to this location.

Creek Valley KinderCare is beyond amazing! I have a six year old who is on the spectrum and I have witnessed first hand (on numerous occasions) how amazing everyone there is with not only my child but with all the kids! From the staff to the students! The Director is extremely empathetic and goes the extra mile. The dedication and level of care my child has received and the level of comfort I have when I leave is beyond what I could have ever asked for! Kudos Creek Valley KinderCare!

KinderCare at Creek Valley is the best team hands down. They make it so much easier for me as a mom of 4. I wouldn’t want my kids anywhere else. They make the best memories for me when I’m not around and I love it. They are absolutely the best :)

Creek Valley KinderCare has been a great daycare for my daughter Alexis! It really means a lot that ALL of the teachers know her by name (not just her teacher!) Not only that, but her morning teacher always calls me by MY name and always has food/milk ready for Alexis when she walks in the door. The staff truly takes the initiative to learn about what your child likes/dislikes and keeps you updated on the app and calls whenever there's an issue, even if it's just a bump or scratch. I love how attentive everyone is and all the attention our family gets. Great job Creek Valley KinderCare!!
