Me and my family absolutely LOVE KinderCare this location especially. I never have to worry about my child when she is in their care! We love all the teachers and staff there. I love how they are very involved with the children there. They do learning activities no matter the age of the child. Very affordable and reliable child care center. I have a 39 minute commute and I will not switch daycares due to the wonderful staff so that should tell you something.
All the teachers there are kind and welcoming my kids always enjoy their time here and have nothing but good stories to tell when they come home. I appreciate all the support kindness and Patience the staff gives here. Would recommend to any and everyone.
Director needs to work on communicating and following through with plans. I paid for 2 classes at the beginning of the year for my son to participate in. They never started them and when asked when they would syst I always got a different excuse of why they haven't started them. Director has had arguments with staff members in front of the kids and in front of me. That's not an environment kids should witness arguments at. Lack of communication. When we first started there it was good. Now it's been just over 3 years since he started there and the care has really gone down hill. I used to recommend people to go there, but not any more. My son has had some really good teachers and some not so good. The center needs major improvement.
Kindercare in Brooklyn Park is a frest place for a child to learn and grow. Before my child came here, she was not very sociable. However, she has opened up to be a very outgoing and active 3 yr old. I thank the daycare providers for helping my child in this area. The staff are very friendly and they keep me updated on her progress. Keep up the good work!
We joined the Kindercare Family December of 2016. I have two children that attend this facility one school age child and one pre-K child. I referred to it as a FAMILY because that is exactly what we have been treated as. We have been welcomed with open arms by each and every staff member. They have been consistent in maintaining a clean and safe environment for my children while I try to make a living . There has been no situation that was not addressed promptly and resolved immediately . The staff at this facility have personally invested in my child’s academic development and still seem to have more than enough love to go around each and every child. I am in love with learning curriculum all of the beautiful site words throughout the facility. The dedication I witness from these teachers & staff is above and beyond what any parent could ask for. I would refer my friends and family to Kindercare again and again! We thank you for investing in our future !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
