I have had a great experience here so far! My son has gone here since the infant room and transitioned through toddler and into the 2s. His infant teachers still greet him in the mornings with a huge smile and all the teachers from every room know his name and always make us feel known and welcomed in the halls. Most importantly, my son is so excited to run into his classroom every day and is happy when I pick him up and I think that’s the biggest testimony to a childcare facility.

I waited to make this because I wanted to see a difference between the center my daughter is currently at vs this pathetic place. If you’re looking for a “childcare” center that has a HIGH turnover rate with teachers AND directors, losing their licensure due to abuse, and neglects your child? Come here then. We switched from one Kindercare center where we were having issues with to this one. I was made sure that my daughter was placed in good hands. Everything was great until she went to the 2 year old room. They were neglecting my child not once, not twice, but THREE times to change her pull up. I was wondering why I was having issues with potty training. Come to find out it was due to their negligence. The first time was because I picked her up with a full pull up. The second time was because she wore the same one I sent her in that morning. Even though it was dry, nobody changed her out of it when they’re supposed to. They’re supposed to change the kids every 2-3 hours while in their care. The third time was because it was full of pee once again. I spoke to the director about this every single time. That is unsanitary and Joy to mention unsafe. Makes me wonder what else they aren’t doing. When I switched to a completely different daycare outside of Kindercare, things were completely different. Make sure you do your research. Do not send your child here.

Kindercare has been extremely amazing to my kids! Whenever we have had any issues we just tell the staff and they handle it as soon as they are alerted. They have my 5 year old, 3 year old, and 10 month old there. My kids absolutely adore their teachers and seem to like being dropped off! They are always welcomed and made feel important. The center also does many activities that the kids love and are amazing! Best center I’ve personally used for my kiddos. Even when I was nervous to bring my baby because he has never been left with anyone they Made sure I was comfortable and that my son was as well. My other two had already been at a daycare so they adjusted well! I would highly recommend this center to anyone!

We've been going here since my daughter was 4 months old (almost 2 years ago!). I never worry about her during the day because I know her teachers are taking amazing care of her. Every staff member has made me feel like my kid is their favorite. When I have had concerns, the Director has always heard me and addressed the issue right way. We love the small, close-knit feel of the center. My child loves going to school everyday.

Update 07/27/2024 After I left the last review, the brand new center director quit and the assistant director relocated a few weeks later. A bunch of teachers quit suddenly, and I started worrying about all the faces changing. Enter Mr Josh and Ms Dei dei who have revamped the whole center, focusing on enriching the children with learning, activities, and loving teachers. The food is better, the center smells good, and my kid comes home cleaner and sick less. What could have been a landslide turned out to be a blessing. Previous review: My daughter just recently started attending, and I am very pleased with the center so far. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the office staff is informative and responsive, and my daughter enjoys going there every day. Thanks for all you do. Christina Woodward
