Braddock Road Kindercare was a great place for our children. The facility is nice, clean, and very safe for the kids. The staff are SO incredibly friendly and warm, they made our kids feel at home, especially our littliest who had not been to childcare until she started here. We ran into a childcare fallthrough emergency, and Kindercare was able to immediatley work to get our children into their pre-school room and infant care room. They have always been incredibly helpful and flexible with us. Communication has been great, and they accodated our kid's needs very well. My wife and I were very happy with the time our children spent at the Braddock Road Kindercare, they really prioritize the children and do their absolute best to work with and for the families.

As a military family, moving frequently means we’re often starting from scratch when it comes to finding trustworthy childcare. It’s one of the most stressful parts of relocating—until we found Braddock Road KinderCare. I can honestly say this center has been an absolute gift to our family. From the start, we’ve felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The director, Susie, is amazing—she’s engaged, responsive, and really listens to families. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns (which has been rare), she’s communicated clearly and compassionately, and always worked with us to find the best path forward. She truly leads by example. Belkys (and Nancy, before she transferred) has also been incredible—warm, professional, and clearly invested in the well-being of every child. The teachers are phenomenal—Nisha, Uregi, Rose, Taliah, Anita, Melanie, and Shagofa have all played key roles in our kids’ lives. They create classrooms that are safe, fun, and full of learning, and it’s clear how much they care about each child as an individual. They’ve even reached out when our kids were sick or recovering from surgery, which was so touching and thoughtful. Even staff who haven’t directly taught our children are kind, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s such a warm, caring environment all around. I recommend this center to everyone looking for childcare. Our kids are happy, thriving, and well cared for—and as a parent, there’s nothing more valuable. This place is truly something special.

This place and the staff have been nothing short of a godsend. As a single and solo parent to a child with special needs, finding a facility that not only can help guide my sons developmental path but to treat him with as much love and affection as I do, I would not be leaving this facility if I wasn't in the near future having to move and relocate my family. I cannot praise the staff and the director enough, they truly care for the kids in their care not only as their charges, being paid to care for and watch the children, but they show the love and affection I have come to witness first hand they give to their own children also in the facility.

I have been blown away about Braddock Road KinderCare! My child thrived as was so loved and cared for. I wanted to find a place where my free-spirited daughter would be cared for, be safe, and loved and embraced, and KinderCare Braddock Road was the place for her. The attention to detail and involvement of the staff and teachers was amazing. I constantly got videos and photos throughout her my daughter's day everyday and her teachers were always on top of how her day went. As a parent, KinderCare Braddock Road gave me peace of mind everyday after I dropped off my child every morning and this is something priceless!

I am very impressed with the staff at Kindercare. My daughter loves her teacher Safa and the director Michael. My daughter only goes there 3 days but they are very flexible with the days and are very attentive to our needs. I love how they make learning fun and engaging for the kids. Plus the extra activities during summer and holidays is a great plus. I highly recommend them.
