We’ve been really happy with Bethel Road KinderCare for our two daughters. Director Roslynne Williams is kind and approachable and the teachers are caring. I’d recommend this daycare for any family that is looking for a safe environment for your kids to learn and grow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been trying to reserve a spot for my 2 kids since the May. First, time they told me that they would call me back in a week because they will find out if they have room next week. I reached out to them again about a week ago. Over the phone they told me they had room for both of them and to come in for a tour and to pay the registration fee to secure the spot. I went in 2 days later to pay hut I decided to remind them that my son is autistic and immediately things changed. The director wanted to call me back the next day to schedule a meeting to go over my son needs. I didn’t receive any call back. I called again and was told the same thing that they will call me. No calls until this day. It seems like since the beginning they didn’t want to take my son. My son already goes to a daycare and had no issues. Because of transportation, I was looking for a different daycare. I would recommend MEDO daycare. They understood my concern and went beyond their way to help me out.

Don't send your kids here. Look anywhere else. The place is terrible. The people are terrible. Their practices are terrible. Just do not send your kids here. Save yourself the time, energy and effort and on top of that the money. It's just not worth it. It's everything is terrible had multiple problems with these people. Way they treat my children.

My wife and I had the pleasure of sending our daughter to this location of KinderCare. We feel that the staff here treated us like family. Our daughter was a NICU baby so we were apprehensive about being apart from her. The team here was excellent at putting our fears to ease and ensuring that our child was safe. We would go farther to say that she was more than fine. The teachers are truly wonderful, caring and we consider them to be one of the co-parents. The updates we get through the application also helped to ease our fears. It is also great to see the different activities that they do in helping our little girl grow. To end this out, my wife and I would highly recommend this daycare for any potential parents or guardians.

If I could give the infant teachers a separate rating I would give them 5 stars. The director on the other hand does not care and will gas light you if they mess up. They randomly charged my card $450 , and when I tried to get the problem fixed she didn’t respond for several days saying she doesn’t check the messaging app which is how she sends messages to us. When she finally got back to me she told me it wasn’t her problem and she is just the director and that they would maybe send it the following week , and then tries to make you feel bad for her lack of responsibility. They over drafted my account and made me unable to pay my bills until then, so I also received over drafted fees as well as late fees to bills. Thanks for making the single father life harder then it already is…oh and not giving a damn about it.
