I am very happy I found this daycare. I was having a horrible experience at another daycare because of the way they were treating one of my children. I was nervous at first but every one at this location is so friendly and I feel like they genuinely care about the children. They welcomed both of my children, even my son who has some behavioral issues. Even now that he graduated and is in kindergarten, they always ask how he is. Most of the teachers that work there seem to stay for a while which is rare in a daycare. All of the teachers I’ve met are friendly. I feel welcome when I walk in the doors. My daughter still attends. I love the photos and even videos that they post. They do so much with them. I love how the teachers are honest and always let you know how your kid is doing. I’m very happy!

If you're thinking of sending your kid here, look no further. This is it! What stands out about this specific Kindercare location is the love and intention they pour into each child. Mostly all of the teachers have been there for years and are masters of their teaching craft. From potty training to nurturing fine and gross motor skills, speech, writing, and intentional playtime. My daughter is evolving into an incredible toddler, thanks to these amazing ladies and their exceptional quality of care. The facility is clean, communication is great, the staff are kind, and you receive pictures and videos throughout the day to stay updated. Even if you have the most ridiculously meticulous requests for your baby, they will gladly accommodate, no questions asked! I wasn't expecting much from a daycare, but I've literally gained a family here. A family I've grown to love in just a few years, and I will never forget. To Donna, Shannon, Pepper Jenn, Salt Jenn, Brendy aka Janet, Shawna, Shurlana, Ms. Anna, Dejah, Azul, Amirah, and the kids bunnies that Ms. Donna returned to the farm.. I love you all sooooo much! Thank you for loving Holly and I in return. I will also be appointing myself Employee of the Month for the remainder of the year.

We were so sad to leave Donna and the caring teachers at this location. Our son spent 6 lovely, fun-filled, joyful months full of love with his teachers at this center. We could see the true love the teachers have for our son, and leaving him in their caring hands each day was made so much easier knowing that. This center is clean, engages children in activities, welcomed everybody with a smile (every day!), and sent many many updates in their app to keep us in the loop.

We loved KinderCare Center City! The daycare admin, Donna and Shannon, were always quick to answer questions and created a welcoming atmosphere. Our daughter's teachers (Ms. Jenn, Ms. Brendy, Ms. Shauna, Ms. Deja, Ms. Azul, and Ms. Anna) were amazing - so loving and treated her like family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this daycare. From the very beginning, I felt completely at ease leaving my daughter in their care. The staff are not only kind and nurturing, but truly dedicated to each child's development. By 18 months, my daughter was already saying her ABCs and counting to 20—I couldn’t believe she was doing that so early! One of the things I appreciated most was getting regular updates throughout the day through their app. It gave me such peace of mind to see photos, activities, and notes about her day. These ladies create a loving and educational environment. I'm so incredibly grateful for everything they do.
