We have been with KinderCare East for four years now, and we truly couldn’t recommend them enough. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, and the administration team is always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we have. Our kids genuinely look forward to going every day, which says so much about the environment they’ve created. We also love receiving the daily pictures, videos, and updates—it’s wonderful to see what they’re learning and doing throughout the day. KinderCare East has been such a positive, reliable place for our family!

I'd recommend Kindercare to any parent. Admin (Cassie and Dana) are very responsive to communications and attentive. Our now toddler has been with KinderCare since she was in the infant room and shes been doing great. She loves her teachers and I see how excited she is to go to daycare. Teachers are consistent, caring, and nurturing. They listen to my concerns and I especially appreciated their efforts in working as closely to the schedule I wanted my daughter to be in at home. I feel good dropping off my daughter knowing that she is in good hands when I'm at work or doing errands.

I could not have better things to say about this location. I have a 17 year old son who spent his entire school age time at this kindercare. Now, we have a 10 month old baby who has been attending since she was 3 months old. The teachers here are VERY kind...a lot of them have children of their own and they are great with the kids. The director has been around since my son had attended and I can personally attest that she is an amazing person who goes above and beyond to make sure she keeps the place running smoothly. There is an app that they update daily with pictures, videos, feeding schedules, etc. It makes it super easy to check in on my daughter during the day, and I can send messages to the teachers if I have any questions. I highly recommend this location. It is better than any other daycare in the area, hands down.

After being registered at a different daycare for our infant, I had an unsettling feeling and knew I needed to find somewhere else. I was recommended this KinderCare location. I went in and instantly felt welcomed and all of the teachers seemed so wonderful. We took the plunge and we couldn’t be happier. Our girl is thriving, every teacher is amazing, caring and really helps her developmentally. KinderCare has now become part of our ‘village’ and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We’re so thankful for our new family there!

Our 5 year old has been going to this KinderCare since she was 3 months old, and it's been a great experience! The teachers always greet her in the morning and are genuinely excited to see her every day. They have great extracurricular programs like cooking, phonics, STEM, and music, and their transitional kindergarten program is excellent (she will be ready for kindergarten in the fall for sure)! She has literally grown up there and has a great relationship with many of the teachers who have been there from her first day. From learning to walk to learning to read, KinderCare has been there every step of the way helping her! Both the director and assistant director are so accommodating and have been great to work with since I waddled in 7 months pregnant with a notebook full of questions. As a family with two full-time working parents, it's hard to leave your child with someone for most of the day every day, but East Naperville KinderCare has really made it a lot easier. It's nice to know that I'm leaving my child with teachers who really care for her. The center is always clean and they serve healthy meals and snacks (I'm pretty sure she eats better at KinderCare than at home, apparently their milk tastes better than the milk in our fridge!). I also love their app, which they stay on top of with updates and photos throughout the day. We really love East Naperville KinderCare and plan on staying with them until she's 12!
