At first my wife and myself were nervous to leave him there, but for the past couple months my son is ecstatic to go to KinderCare he enjoys it every single time we drop him off. Words cannot describe my love for this place. My son has gone here for two years now. They have great teachers and they place the kids in classes with their age group. He started at 1 and will be 3 soon. He had a teacher in early toddlers (1-1.5), late toddlers (1.5-2), early twos (2-2.5) and now late twos (2.5-3). Ms. Nicole is his teacher now and every time we drive by when running errands near Randall and Bowes Road, he screams with excitement, “Ms. Nicole!!” She is so patient and so kind! When her and I discussed me trying to potty train my son, she was 1000% on board. She basically said, I can lead and she will follow. I started potty training on a Friday afternoon and then Monday I sent a whole lot of clothes and shoes…… and by Tuesday he was potty trained! It took a lot of work and a lot of outfit changes throughout those days (including Monday) but we did it! Ms. Nicole was so patient and encouraging! I thank God every day for great teachers like her! All of the staff at KinderCare are so great!! Everyone really does care. You hear horror stories from daycares but I wouldn’t send my Son here if I didn’t trust them. They keep me updated throughout the entire day on potty breaks, when he eats, what he is reading, and what activities they are doing. They also respond right away if you ever need to message them through the app. This is a great daycare and my son and I are so blessed to have found this place!!!
My daughter has been at this center since she was 6 weeks old. I love it! She is now 5 I was going to have to pull her after summer because they don’t bus to her school, well they made it happen for next year and will be bussing her so she can continue going! I’m so happy! Our child has been attending for 9 months now, and we’ve been very impressed! After having family care for the first year of life, we were nervous about daycare. Staff helped to ease her transition and she quickly grew to love going to school. One of my biggest concerns was that she had only had contact naps prior to daycare, her first few days they rocked her to sleep and helped ease her into napping on her own. Director Karen is great, always available and open to discussing any concerns, along with being very understanding and flexible when schedule changes/needs have came up. We also can’t say enough great things about Ms. Emily in the toddler room!
The teachers and leaders here have surpassed our expectations for quality of care, cleanliness, and communication. We have built a great relationship with the staff here over the course of the past year, and are confident that our son is well taken care of when he is in their care.
