We came across KinderCare South Loop after learning that our original daycare option fell through. Our initial plan was to find a “backup” spot while we waited to get into the daycare across the street; however, after just a few days at KinderCare South Loop, we knew we wanted to stay. The care the staff provided was truly top-notch. It warmed my heart to see my son’s big smile at pick-up (before he even knew I was there) and to witness how much love the teachers gave him. He was so spoiled in the best way. Now we’re moving to the suburbs and are so sad to be leaving this daycare gem. I highly recommend KinderCare South Loop to anyone looking for exceptional care. This was our first daycare experience, and after just three months, the staff feels like family. I trust them wholeheartedly with my little guy.

Both of our kids have wonderful experiences at South Loop KinderCare. The teachers are caring and do a great job with teaching the kids. The extra activities offered are fun and educational. Center staff are friendly and caring. I am always impressed at how every teacher and Center staff knows every child's name and is able to build positive connections with the kids. My daughter was well prepared for kindergarten thanks to the educational program at this center.

My child started at KinderCare shortly after his first birthday, and from day one, everyone has been wonderful with him. From Miss Jane to staff and all teachers/care givers, the quality of care is insurmountable. My son has learned so much in the year and a half he's been there, that he surprises other parents with the little things he can do. It has been so great to see his speech, being able to zip his own jacket, social skills, motor skills, everything progressing thanks to the wonderful caring staff at this center. Definitely a great place to take your child.
